Best WLM Reviews
Definitely the cleanest and most well kept Wendy’s in the valley. Service was fast and reliable. Their card reader was down when I went in, but they still accepted cash and I just used the app. If you like Wendy’s this is the one to go to!
Food is always good and affordable. Employee today was new, AND AMAZING!!! you could tell she was uncomfortable, but knew who to get help from. Service was friendly. Food came out quickly and correct.
I went there for breakfast and ordered the chicken bacon maple sandwich, and they forgot the bacon. I didn’t think much of it, but I went there again a week or so later and ordered a biggie bag, and they forgot the fries! It seems that quality of service is going down hill.
Best Wendy's in the Valley!
It's really worth driving the extra mile to the Smithfield location. The food was delicious, especially the Daves triple. I received all the items ordered, plenty of Sauces, the restaurant is always clean, the order was ready when I arrived and the Service was nice with a smile.
I'll be back for sure!
Few people here. Girl taking the order was nice. Came here cuz my kid wanted to try the crabby patty. He liked it. Happy 25th birthday SpongeBob ????
For a Wendy's in Small Town, USA, the service was great. Quick and too the point. The food was, well, Wendy's. Mediocre fast food. But the service was the shining star at this location.
The food is good just don't go around lunch time 11am to 1pm lol it's a nice place outside of those times no pong wait times, plenty of places to sit and the workers are friendly aswell and even offer some comedy and if you go often enough they'll even remember your name and regular order???????? there's also usually plenty of parking
Went there about 40 min. Ago. Order was wrong, went back around and wrong again on all the meals. They forgot to give back the credit card. Chicken was rubbery and gone bad. Always wrong. Gone downhill kids running the place. If you are going to own a business take care of it and be involved or get rid of it.
