I thought Wendy’s prided themselves on Quality Food , hence the reason I prefer going there over MCDONALDS. Today , I was in the drive through and no body was behind me , I took a little longer to order because of the rain and not being able to see the menu . I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and a small fries , the amount was over 6.50 , I made the comment that I could of ordered the same thing with the biggee bag ( which included a drink and 4piece nuggets) for 1.50 less , well he asked me if I wanted to change my order and I said yes. Worst mistake, I got the order that had been sitting there for hours because everything was cold . Will check my order before leaving. Lesson learned! This was at 2:45pm
GARBAGE ur better off going dumpster diving; always wrong always cold always n a waste of time n money always not to mention they close much earlier than their listed times so their hours online are wrong as well
I never do this but this is ridiculous you don’t feed no one half cook food. I took one bite the meat is pink. I’m scared to even order from there again.
Like how hard is it to read an order? I get to counter after placing my order at the kiosk (cause people do not listen), then they tell me that the soda machine is down, offered lemonade or water..
Get back to the table with my order, and my 5 year old takes a bite out of her nuggets.. which btw are the ghost pepper ones.. and about looses it.. I know what I ordered… fast food sucks now days. People just don’t care. Until they get someone sick and then they probably still won’t…
Management needs to get this place together. Only good thing here was the lack of people which is always enjoyable..
Drive thru, Ordered 2 salads and some fries. Salads were good and fresh. Got home and no fries. $21 . Should have dug in the bag and checked but it was my 4th stop running around. My wife wanted those fries Wendy's, I definitely paid for them.
Great service and great atmosphere. The cooks and management work great as a team, especially knowing people are in a rush. Clean restrooms. Great job, Wendy's !!!???? ???? ???? ????
UPDATE: Look at my son's fries from his 4 for 4 meal 3 days ago. LITERALLY half empty and NO, the rest of the fries were NOT in the bottom of the bag! RIDICULOUS!
OLD REVIEW: Much better than it was. I stopped going here for awhile due to the smell inside the store. It always smelled like old, wet carpet to me. Well he has remodeled the store and so far so good.
Every time Wendy’s has a special burger this location runs out of buns. It like the manager doesn’t know how to manage. They have to order more buns for the store. Very simple. No point in advertising you are selling something if the customer can’t buy it. I don’t buy something else, I just leave mad not wanting to come back to Wendy’s. Every time! It’s very frustrating!
