Stopped on way back to families for Xmas holiday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I got the woman’s name working the register, she was wonderful. Still has the sit down area from the 90s! Wonderful experience!

I’m not sure what it is, but every time I visit the Wendy’s drive-through, it’s always an outstanding, over-the-top, amazing experience. The Wendy’s in LaPorte truly has the best service I’ve ever encountered at a drive-through.
Tonight, we were helped by Valencia, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She made such a great impression that I actually came back with my daughter 20 minutes later just to say thank you!
About five months ago, I had another incredible experience with an amazing woman—unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was a little bit older, Black woman, (only mentioning her ethnicity so she can be easily identified by management) and I’ve had the pleasure of being served by her several times. She is always exceptional.
The best part is that their friendliness starts at the speaker and gets even better at the window. Thank you, ladies, for always going above and beyond!
Only because we can not give Zero star.. Out of Chilli again. No nuggets?? Only diet soft drink?? Thank you for the warm sweet Tea, when I ordered an unsweetened. Monsters.
The finial nail was no fries. Truly the last time there. This has not been the first time to experience this. Change ownership or the person running this Wendy's. You are not the right person leading your staff. They are always in a panic mode or bewildered on what to do. Top to bottom one of the worst. It's embarrassing to the community. We are done it's you and not me.
If I could give this a no star trust me I would. I ordered chicken wrap and fry. The fry’s you could tell where old. That’s not the problem. The problem the chicken in my wrap was so old and you could tell has been sitting out for hours. Disgusting. If you wouldn’t eat it why would you serve it to someone else?
My husband went in to place my order. I wanted a double hamburger with mustard and pickles with absolutely NO cheese. He had the guy repeat the order and he repeated it back correctly. When my husband got home, i opened the wrapper a it was a double CHEESESBURGER! Why can people not do their job correctly anymore?
I recently visited a Wendy's in Laporte IN for lunch and encountered several issues during my experience. Firstly, there was an abundance of fruit flies in the dining area, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and comfort of the environment. Additionally, after a 15-minute wait, the sandwiches we received were served cold. I believe these factors significantly impacted our visit, and I hope to see improvements in both food quality and restaurant hygiene in the future.
Went to the drive thru to be told by employee I’d get faster service if I came in. Sat and waited for over 30 minutes for two nugget meals. Watched several drive through orders fulfilled while we waited. Stopped going to this location after never receiving a refund when they didn’t have what we ordered online and tried again. They’re not getting better just as bad as they’ve been.
If we could give zero stars we would. It took forever for them to take our order even though we were the only ones inside. Our fries were were obviously cooked in old oil, our frosty was basically liquid and the place was nasty.
