Service is bad and the quality is horrible too. It's like they're rationing even the lettuce ????
Had a very bad day , had given up on humanity and was not expecting the sign from our creator to not give up at Wendy's drive through . But in mysterious ways the kindness and sincerity of the girl that was working the drive-thru made me stop and evaluate. This shows me that I can focus on the bad or I can take the good when it comes and choose to focus on that. Thank you. I wish I'd have got your name. You deserve a raise for your kindness.
I've had breakfast here before and been pleased. However, this was disappointing. The sandwich was not hot. The potatoes were cool and tough, tasting as if cooked in old grease.
Under staffed for lunch crowd causing excessive wait time. I was really craving some chili but thought of driving away several times. The food is great if you have time to wait.
The dirtiest Wendys. Gnats are flying all around the ketchup dispenser, the ledges all around the booths are super dirty, floors also dirty, and the guy that took our order then proceeded to get our food and drinks together had just been outside smoking - no hands were washed.
They are supposed to be open until 10pm.
They had NO sign on the door that said the lobby would be closed at 6pm.
They ignored customers. They saw us.
Very unprofessional and unimpressive.
Won’t be going there again. That was absolutely ridiculous.
I haven’t eaten at Wendy’s in over 6 years, but decided to give it a try again after seeing their menu prices being lower than most fast food in the area and this location is only a light away from my salon. This month, I’ve visited once for lunch and twice for breakfast. I’ve been very pleased, food is much better quality, tasty, and always served warm! I will definitely continue to visit regularly.
This Wendy's is the best one we've been to in Northwest Arkansas. Their burgers are actually hot when you get your order .
