Cashier doesn't know how to enter the total amount that you give, so don't expect to get the correct change back. Make sure you do the math before you leave because you won't get it back. Did I get a receipt? No. How convenient. The drawer checked out
???? % correct? Then, tell her to enjoy the correct change that was supposed to have been given to me. Oh, wait! You can check the roll a few hours ago and see if she entered $21.01 for $10.05 in return. You won't find it entered that way, manager. If she did her job properly, it would have shown up that way. But since you counted it and it's correct, I'm supposed to believe you? ????????
Although one might say a buck is chump change and not worth anything, when you're not working, it's gold!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I had the worst experience at this Wendy’s location. Waited 20 minutes in line, then 10 minutes at the speaker just to tell them my mobile code, and once I got up there he asked me to pull up and wait… I waited another 10 minutes at LEAST. My food was cold and to top it all off my burger wasn’t even cooked, it was literally pink. I couldn’t tell if I was tripping which is why my burger looks mangled lol but awful experience.
This is by far one of the worst "fast food" places I've been. I have stopped here many times because I have the misfortune of this being the only food place on my way home. Honestly 4/5 times I stop hear, I'm disappointed. I have been served cold food, I've sat in line long enough, me and multiple vehicles left, and they're chocolate frosty machine has been broken sense they've had the $1 frost. Which they never say through the speaker, noooooo I wait 10min in line and get up to pay and that's when I'm told it's still broken. Nah only food place or not, I'd rather go out of my way to eat somewhere else.
Although the food was pretty good, the worker helping me was the opposite. She was very rude to me and charged me for sauce. She got annoyed when I asked her what sauces she had, when I asked her to suprise me with a random drink, and when I asked if my card went through she had an attitude with me. Wendy’s has just lost a customer for life. Go to McDonalds instead.
Normally I don’t leave reviews for fast food/chains, but this was the worst experience I have EVER had going through a drive thru. The employees were rude, they took my card immediately when I pulled up and than left me hanging for 10 minutes at the window. The lady than came back and said to pull up to the door and wait for my food. I sat at that door for 35 minutes before another employee came out and asked what I was waiting for… it was a 10 piece nugget meal. He said “just that?” And I was like uhh yes. He than came back with my food 5 minutes later. I didn’t even come at a super late hour either, it was 9:50pm when I arrived. I’ll never go back to this Wendy’s.
I ordered 2 six piece saucy nuggs (the BBQ and ghost pepper).
I had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes.
The order was incorrect I received the BBQ and Garlic Parm. Also they did not properly secure the lid to the nugget container so the sauce got everywhere.
One of the employees had very long fake nails which is against health code.
I went through the drive through late at night. Before I drive away I had to ask for a straw for my drink. When I arrived at my hotel room, I discovered I didn’t get a fork for my taco salad making it impossible to eat. Very poor service. Wasn’t that friendly either. Just an indifferent attitude.
Service is always super slow. No one addresses you at front counter when you first walk in. You just have to stand there wait & watch people walk back & forth like you ain't even there.
