Food was good and hot. Price is fair. Service was good. Only issues was parking. 3 other customs inside but all 7 non handicap, non mobile orders, non Tesla charging parking spot were full.
This Wendy's location is probably my favorite in the surrounding area from where I live. Ordering for a family of 5 at any fast food restaurant, it has happened that my order isn't correct.. either missing items or not being made the way it was ordered, so I always check my order before leaving. I've never had any issues here. Everything is fresh and made the way I asked for. My only complaint is that their fountain drink machine in the dining area is either out of ice or the sodas are a bit flat.
Lazy, lazy but with pods in their ears. Dude says" we only have the yellow sauce", I had to ask what's the name to find out. And then didn't even had that sauce which turned out to be Sriracha sauce. Once I got my food and told them to not forget the ketchup I didn't get it. When I asked for more the employee gets mad and proceeds to give me 3 saying it's only three per person when I ordered enough food for 4 people. Trash employee and customer service
Awful experience when I was expecting a good experience since I have eaten at other Wendy's and they were alway good. Ordered a cheeseburger and another meal. The cheese burger was awful. It was as if it sat cooked for hours including the peice of cheese that was on it. Burger was very dry. I sent a complaint to the website for Wendy's corporate. Received an email for me to contact them to discuss further. I replied providing my cell phone number and told them if they want to discuss further I would be happy to and they can contact me after 10am. I received a reply understanding that they would contact me on Monday as the district manager would be there on that day. No call, no new email nothing. I was not looking for a free meal or a refund. I was looking to let them know the food was awful and they needed to step up their game. They did loose a customer on this day.
Saturday 9/7 11am whoever the little boy working the drive thru has no business dealing with people. He is rude. I pull up to the window I say hello he looks at me with I cant be bothered look holds out his hand for my payment and says nothing. He hands me my drink soaking wet I ask for a napkin so I can wipe the cup he hands be the bag says its inside and closed the window. Absolutely ridiculous. Wont be back!
Love this Wendy’s but today I went through the drive thru, ordered the seasonal fruit along with other stuff and it was just apples but had mold on them. Disgusting but willing to give Wendy’s one more chance. Tried calling over 6 times but line is always busy so if the manager see this please have your staff check what they put in the bags and how they prepare our meals.
The red headed male employee was rude and lack service skills. This place has always been my favorite Wendy's until today. Just sad they had to hire this guy.
What to say? It's fast food. I love the Frosty. It's getting so pricey for burgers, fries and drinks.
