Asked for a spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich and they gave me this. A "chicken sandwich" with crumbs from other cutlets on top of a cold burger patty. It's wild to me that somebody would not only make this but give it to a customer. I have been here in the past without issue but this was boggling to me.
Considering how busy it was during lunch, my order came out much faster than anticipated. The food was not lacking even though they were swamped. The staff was kind even though someone a head of me was interested in a job. Another team member assisted me with my order. The restaurant itself was nearly immaculate. The tables had no leftover food on them from what i could see. The drink area was organized. The floors were clean. Although this is fast food, the restaurant is clearly treated on a much higher level than you'd expect.
The women who work the windows in drive thru during lunch are always so nice. They are organized, kind, and always on top of things. I frequent this Wendy’s because it’s near my work, and I have never had an issue here. Thank you guys for being so awesome
Came through around midnight and got two biggie bags. I will say the customer service was better than I usually get, but one bag had 7 fries in the container, and the patty on the sandwich definitely had a bite taken out of it. The food was cold and tasted like it was sitting for hours. They’re usually really good about getting my order right & making it fresh, but last night was literally terrible.

I had an online order, went to get it and when I arrived at the drive-thru apparently they didn’t have it. I showed them my order on my phone and then I’m guessing she was the manager starts to get an attitude and started making all these hand signs like she wanted to fight. I understand it’s an evening shift, but you can’t be doing that because you never know who you’re messing with. If you’re not happy with your job then quit.
Gave us the completely wrong order. Night shift is definitely not worried about what they are doing. Check your bags before you pull off... wish I did.
I was in drive-thru since I'm while visiting, stopping to get my granddaughter a hamburger, no cheese mustard pickle, and ketchup only. And I stressed this because in the three days that I visited, I haven't gotten the correct items on her burger from this location. She will not eat it if one thing is off or added. Which has always been the CHEESE. I'm thinking maybe they are already made with cheese, and to keep the line moving, making one without cheese slows your line. Next time, I will check at the window and ask for it to be remade if there is cheese on it.
