General manager at this store is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON and does not care about the customer. Tried to call the store and figure out an issue I had this morning with my order and they were unnecessarily hostile and argumentative. Definitely will avoid going to this Wendy’s in the future… Joliet would be better off with another Dunkin’ instead.
The manager Shawna was very nice. She definitely took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. My food was delicious. I got the five keep up the good work in super happy The last time I came, I did have to wait a long time to get my order took so she did an amazing job
Cold Old food employees busy on their phones they rather premake enough food to slouch on the job. Nuggets cold hard and dry, fries like chewing on pencils spit them out. Chili had uncooked beans mixed in with cooked, almost cracked my tooth on rock hard beans i spit it out, asked for forks its all in the bag they said rudely, nah just spoons and gave wrong sauce and forgot my large fry when we came back around cashier had an attitude and demanded to see our receipt from an order 5 minutes ago. Refused to take back and remake our 20 nuggets, 37$ straight into the trash literally! This place going out of business soon, don't be fooled like the rest of us wasting your money, read the reviews!
They closed dining area at 10:10 pm, however it was written on the door that dining area closes at 11 pm, gotta be on the drive thru which was too long waiting
Food was enjoyable but for the price and the wait time lackluster. Doesn't have a Wendy's app you can use either
I visited this location after placing an online order. The app stated that I would receive a "free medium fry" with a purchase. However, there must've been a glitch in the app. I figured as this was something small, that the cashier or manager would be able to honor this once I arrived when shown proof. Boy, was I wrong. The manager Cheonna had a very nasty and unprofessional demeanor. I calmly asked her why wouldn't she honor the promotion that they are offering online, she basically said it's not her problem that the app isn't working and that she has very minimal knowledge of how it works. For the love of God, it was a medium fry, I'm sure you'll eat and waste more than that hourly. I asked her if her GM would handle customers in such a way and she boldly exclaimed, "Yes"! At the very least, while the workers had time to dance and play around , I would have expected my order to be hot. I usually visit this location regularly, I however, will go out of my way to visit another location where the workers provide at the bare minimum, "good" customer service. Cheonna, the manager, needs upper management to invest basic customer service training for her. If she's the face of your company, you'll need to reevaluate!
Don't order from doordash here your order will get stolen I ordered at 11am and the driver never delivered it... had 4 different drivers come and still no food.... 2 burgers...
The service was great and my food was hot. I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because I went through the drive thru.
