The girl at the drive thru could not get my drink order with my 4 biggie bags correct and then accused me of getting an attitude. Needless to say I went home with the wrong drinks and too much attitude. I'll be getting my biggie bags from McDonald's from now on.
This place claims it's "committed to serving you", but this couldn't be further from my experience today. I'm sitting in line, now for over 25 minutes (traffic behind me is backed up in the street). I finally got to the order window, but then I was asked to wait an additional minute. I thought this was fast food? After hearing someone fumble with the microphone, I finally was greeted and placed my order. I had questions about the items I was ordering because the menu isn't illuminated properly. Who's responsible for this facility? There is trash on the floor and MAYBE three associates working, but I can only see two. DO NOT COME HERE.
UPDATE: Upon inspecting my order (which was only 3 kids meals) I discovered the onions that my kids wanted weren't added, and there were no toys for my kids. This place could not have been a bigger disappointment.
Their default for drive through it to shove you into a parking lot so that they can take 20 minutes to deliver food instead of clogging up the line....maybe instead just make the food faster? Crazy concept!
Let me tell you...This is the WORST experience I’ve EVER had with a fast food restaurant! The staff was so rude and short with me, interrupted me and I just didn’t like the experience. The nuggets I had gotten where half frozen and half done, not only that but they where stuck together!!! I will NEVER spend my money here again.. absolutely disgusting
Never really have issues here all other fast food in louisburg is slacking.
Absolute worse location I’ve ever been to. My grandmother lives close by so she request food from the location when I visit. I will not spend my money here again. Customer service is terrible everytime (no one at the window or at the ordering box when we pull up and someone named Cora is rude) and my grandmother complained about the food being dry every time I took her.
We enjoyed the meal. Didn't get a receipt though.
Since when can you not order food at the window. Kids wanted a frosty and we couldn’t add it on. Crap service and crap food.
