After finally being greeted and our order taken we waited longer than expected, only for our sandwiches to be wrong. After returning sandwiches we waited for 12-15 minutes more for her to hand me another incorrect sandwich at which time I asked for a refund. Many minutes later after locating the manager she said, it been a day and hands me my money back. No apology no other explanation. I regret coming here every single time!
I ordered a Dave's Double large combo with a Strawberry Sprite, and what I got was a Dave's Single, a large Coke, and fries that look like they came from the bottom of the deep fryer. Will not be returning there for a good while.
Chili no longer has a bunch of meat in it. This was nearly meatless. Staff was overwhelmed but did their best.
Charged a different amount for tea than price on the menu and they didn't want to change the price when we told them about it.
I came in at about 11, they had there frosty machines turned off which was understandable, but when i pulled up to the window a manager was cussing and screaming at one of her employees, and i watched these guys assemble my food with there bare hands????????????
Employees are rude and don't appear to care for the business or their job. Not warm welcoming, more like the customer is a pest and they are pushing them out the store as quickly as they can. They don't look at you directly and only listen to half the order, so then order is wrong and we have to order and pay more for their mistake. Honestly, I don't know who will go out of business first, Wendy's or BK beside them.
Ok so I answered my own question after months of not ordering from wendys. Bk was able to handle a 50$ family order while wendys can't even get the right size I paid for. For a frosty. Good bye wendys.
After the person at the drive-thru asked for our order and we stated our entire order, we were told "sorry we just stopped taking orders"! Meanwhile, 3 staff in total out back smoking!!????????
Nasty, rude, food was cold, and the manager was yelling out the drive thru window at me. Straws weren't wrapped. Sad to see this place so gross now!
