I live in the area and come to this Wendy’s a lot. I must say it is a hit or miss! Today I decided to order some burgers and my burger was mainly raw in the middle. These are really thin patties so for the cook to not know when to take them off the stove is really crazy to me. Wendy’s should hire better workers and actually TRAIN them to do their job. This could get someone SICK!
While waiting in the drive-thru line, the employee said to pull up. I asked, "Are you talking to me?" Then, I heard, yes, the person in front of me. So, I am perplexed and proceed to pull up. No one at the 1st is at the window, and there are 2 vehicles in front of me. I see the employees look at me from the second window as one seems to be taking an order. I pull up to the 2nd window and the lady wearing all the rings looks at me like what??? I then say you said pull up... We go back and forth before I just drove off. Mind you, the vehicle is still sitting where I suppose THEY were told to pull up.
How do you end up getting a raw burger from your sons job. Miss Tonya I am so disappointed and disgusted to know you was the manager on duty and probably the person who made it!!! Telling me that you have a problem with me without saying anything well you did that thanks!!
Update:So I take the food back and to make her(miss Tonya aware so no one else gets a raw burger). She looks at me mouth open and with out saying one word she shuts the window ???? she didn’t even wanna verify that the burger was under cooked the employee, had to convince her to look at it. She didn’t even care and wanted to make me another ????!!! Tried to get her attention but she wouldn’t even look my way, just scooted right out the way ????????♀️ I finally get the employees attention, told him no problem can I please have my money back and I’ll be on my way, could not tell who was the manager and who was the employee. Not one apology it’s cool I no you didn’t mean to do this ????have a nice night!!!!!
Don’t really eat here but ordered a cob salad and didn’t know had to particularly ask for crispy chicken instead of grilled. Didn’t open salad that had grilled chicken but got back a salad with uncut chicken and bacon and was told I would have to cut it when I got home. I’m not going home, I’m running around busy and just disappointed they couldn’t take 2 secs to cut the meat. I paid for my meal why couldn’t I just get it cut? Smh. Charlotte has the most laziest workers EVER!!! And it’s always where our brown ppl are unfortunately
Placed mobile order as I do more than not wherever I go. There's an employee at this drive thru that doesn't like her job or people in general it seems. Sounds like you are bothering her by being there. Comes on speaker asking what you want to order, I inform that I've placed a mobile order, she asks name...I tell her Jaclyn. She then tells me my name is Jaden and says to pull forward. I come because of the 4 for 4 for biggie bag lunch is cheap, not to be given a whole other name and to be treated rudely.
Customer service, time waited and food were on POINT!!! Major shout out to the MANAGER and STAFF on duty 9/7/24 LUNCH TIME (11:40 AM)!!! This is the best Wendy's in the area PERIOD.
I swear this is the best wendys in Charlotte NC. The customer service here is above and beyond excellent. I'll drive pass two or three wendys just to come to this spot. Keep up the outstanding work ladies.
They gave me molded bread eww ???? I feel some type of way never again late night ????
