Ordered a burger and it was extremely uncooked. The patty was pink throughout. Would have taken it back but I went through the drive-thru and took a bite when I got to work about 15-20 mins away
I started coming here for the nuggets because my kid likes them more then other places. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich biggie bag with a lemonade and sauce then a kid meal, two cookies and a frosty. Tell me how it took them almost five minutes to take my money, maybe they was training good reason but then I get my food and the lady is handing me extra stuff. She gave me a Dr. Pepper I didn't order because to me their sodas are gross yet she said I did I don't recall saying pepper but whatever give it here since I paid for it already and I'm to exhausted to deal with it also no receipt anymore? Then I look in the bags and I have potato wedges? I definitely didn't order them because I didn't know they had them to begin with. They gave me one straw for four drinks yea that makes sense thanks. Only one in the drive thru also so how you mess up this bad? I stopped going to burger king because they went down hill seems like Wendy's is next. I worked in the restaurant industry I get mistakes happen but adding food to orders is something else.
Ordered a bacon double online and barley put any bacon at all. How sad when the charge so much.
I had accidentally ordered my burger wrong on the app and the lady at the window in the “I may be wrong” shirt talked to me as if I was stupid I went in and reordered the burger and I watched her ignore a customer trying to get her attention 3 times. Also a girl with pink and black hair in the Wendy’s polo has a very noticeable hickey on her neck. I also waited 15 minutes for my first burger then 10 more for the second while there were only 2 other customers in the store, then I was watching 2 of the male staff members talk to customers and joke around while my burger is made and behind them just sitting there, then they made my burger wrong again very unprofessional staff. L
My wife and I brought my daughter here for lunch and we had no complaints. Service was fast and friendly and the food was great!

Disappointed, the drive thru line was slow, the guy in the window seemed unsure of what he was doing. We were shorted one of our meals. I went back around to the drive thru and got sick of sitting and waiting so i got out of line, parked and went inside. I got my other meal but was regretting going inside because of how nasty this place was. Everything looked dirty. There were employees in socks and flip flops in the kitchen. I was tempted to brink back all of my food. I didn’t eat. I went elsewhere for food. I told everyone else in there about the inside and they almost threw the food away. This sucks because it is becoming a common thing with these drive thru restaurants. My wife and I agree that we will not be coming back to this location.
Terrible experience with the drive-thru and even worse customer service. Order was completely messed up, couldn’t provide a recipe, and overcharged me and complained to me that I messed up and the ordered. Wouldn’t give me the money they overcharged me for, and then complained to me more about them being short staffed and how they couldn’t do their jobs. Some of the worst customer service to date. Just shows how incompetent individuals are becoming this day in age.
Awful experience!! I ordered a take out order when the store was not busy and waited 45+ minutes to get out food, and there was only one other customer inside!!! The workers were just standing around, only one person was actually doing their job. There were also swarms of flies around the food, so when I eventually did get my order I no linger wanted to eat it. Workers were also touching the food with their bare hands. Horrible establishment, will not be returning!!
Went through drive thru at about 9p on a Monday. Wanted a chili cheese baked potato. Store had no chili or potatoes. Then asked for a Cobb salad. Store had no salads. I just drove off. Because why have a menu with a variety of items and you literally have none of them. Stores regardless of where I go rarely even have potatoes which makes no sense. If they sell well, MAKE MORE. Simple.
