Portions are small, and the burgers were dry. Fries were too salty and were spicy. The frosty was good, and so were the nuggets I don't think I would order from here again. The burgers were nothing like the picture
Atmosphere was inviting and friendly. Food hot, fresh tasting. Manager and staff that I had direct contact with were professional, patient and all smiles. This type of business is always busy and I understand there are times smiles are difficult to give. I appreciate all you do Wendy's! A big thanks!!
The place is amazing the workers are always so nice and even the managers! 100% recommend eating here specially using there Wendy's app! That app has made it very good and getting good deals with food! They always seem to keep things very clean and healthy! If ever there was a problem they would not hesitate to fix it! 10/10
South hill location, very good customer service, the manager was really good with my kids, an explained what was on all the 5 dollar biggie bags an even got them for 4 dollars since the didn't want bacon an got a smaller drink since we were dining in, food was fresh,fast an good, lobby an bathroom were clean, good job by staff, way better customer service than competing restaurants in the same area, thank you!!
I was supposed to become a crew at this place, very bad at even training your own employees, I watched some videos even and that wasn't even good enough for your company?? Over all Debrah the so called, "GM" sucks at even training her employees at doing anything ????

Sad when I watched some of your employees ether take fries, coffee drinks filled in a large cup I might add, that's 3.00$ of a loss but you fire a guy who wanted to succeed in a job??

Used to be great but these last 6ish months have gone downhill significantly, especially the quality of staff. I haven't gotten warm fries my last 3 orders just cold. And I'm lucky to get my add-ons with it as it's forgotten 90%of the time
Went through the drive-through on the way home from reffing volleyball. The burger was great, but the fries were old. Not fresh like I'm used to. Disappointed of course.
I normally don’t do this, but if I could give this place “zero” stars I absolutely would. An absolute cluster cuss of incompetence. Get your **** together! After approximately 20 minutes of explaining their screw up involving no more than 2 customers (myself and the drunk ahead of me), they finally reimbursed me and offered my sandwich for free; however with incompetence on this scale, I had to refuse the offer as I can only imagine their adherence to basic customer service standards reflects their food handling capabilities. Please do the world a favor and get these jokers away from food handling and/or customer service!
