Jay does a phenomenal job with customer service and is very personable. Corey did a great job with making the food and was very polite when delivering the food. Jay and Corey always do a great job!
Even though the manager kicked me out of the place for allegedly fighting with someone , and the police said it never happened it didn't the day this allegedly transpired I was in Miami. Other then that this is a great place, always clean and right on time. Ericka great job!
I don’t typically dine at Wendy’s but just had to try the Carmel Frosty and it’s definitely a winner! Smooth, creamy, and packed with rich caramel flavor. It’s the perfect indulgent treat for any time of day. Highly recommend giving it a try!
Absolutely appalled that I send my lady to get late night food !! And she comes back with my burger charred to a crisp!! I don’t know who was working at 12:45 am on 12/05/23 but they need some real training! I don’t care if customers show up 5 min to close, we are paying customers and I don’t believe the workers would want to spend their money on burnt food ! Absolutely unacceptable and I do hope corporate or who ever owns this establishment get this handled right away! Burnt food to a paying customer!! Shaking my head ! I feel like I was just served old Patties that they warmed back up! This makes me sick ! And to do it right before they closed because they know the customer can’t come back! Absolutely unbelievable!
Awful. If something is going to take OVER 20 minutes to make, you should probably to tell that to the customer. All we got was biscuits and gravy!!!!!! Waited over 30 minutes and there wasn’t even any cars in front of us. Didn’t even get a receipt. Then gave us the wrong order… wow is all I have to say. Corporate needs to step in and retrain or get new/ more staff.

Corey the manager is phenomenal. He really leads by example. Hands down best service I have recieved from any fast food restaurant. The crew is accommodating, fast and professional. I will definitely be back.
They need help. Don't know if it's employees needing retraining, not liking their job, not liking each other, or management, but this is one of the worst Wendy's around. You never know if your food is going to be right, you'll be yelled at by an employee because you asked for a receipt, or they are telling at each other. I love Wendy's in general. This one just needs an overhaul.
