I put in a mobile order when I left the house and got to the store and the fries were already bagged up on the counter. We waited another 6 minutes for the burgers and the fries were cold and tasted old. Requested 3 burgers a specific way and got them regular. I did request no ice in my drink, which they were happy to do as they stated fixing the drinks just before the burgers, if they would have got my drink right. I know it's been a while since I worked fast food but aren't fries supposed to be up towards the end of the process so they are hot? I thought Wendy's advertised for the fresh food? Why such a little piece of lettuce? Where's the quality for customers paying $10+ for a meal? Where was the manager on shift?
The people are nice, however every single time I have been there the food has been very disappointing. This is the last time I'm ever ordering from there. I ordered the baconator fries and this is what I got. I'm very disappointed. Something needs to be done.
Food was not what I ordered weighted about 15 minutes for them to fix it then when they did fix it I found a hair in it I'm thinking for the price that you pay this should have been a little bit better then couldn't even eat the burger
This is the worst eating establishment I have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Once I got my food fairly fast, none of it was cooked all the way. Horrible will not come back
The drive thru service is the worst in Batesville. I waited 20 minutes in drive thru line. 6 - 8 cars pulled out of line and left. After 20 minutes waiting I left. This unfortunately is typical for this Wendy's.
Very sad management needs to fix this yall are losing lots of business.
Went through the drive through and ordered for the first time in a year(due to poor food quality and horrible drive through experience). I ordered a sausage cheese English muffin and a Cinnabon pull apart. The muffin was literally hard as a rock and was covered in oil, the bottom was burnt aswell. The Cinnabon was cold! The icing wouldn’t even melt! I won’t get Wendy’s again for a very long time if ever!!
The man who took out order was super friendly, even when my kids changed there mins mid order !! The food is always fresh and it was super clean in the lobby where we ate!
Everyone on this crew was awesome! Fresh delicious fries, ready so fast.
