Didn’t expect anything great, this location never is. Grilled chicken wrap wasn’t wrapped tight so when you open the wrapper, the entire thing unfolds, to show the brown and white stalks of lettuce inside. Service was faster than usual, employees too busy to be pleasant.
How come when I order large fries I don’t either just get ketchup packages or asked if I want them? Us consumers assume they’re in the bag when we order fries. This is consistent with your place, no ketchup offers and unless asked, doesnt happen. Remember the good ole days when if fries were ordered ketchup was a given?? Apparently not
Food isn't bad but my double baconator always lacks the bacon. Lol! My son just came from getting us this. I told him it was too cold to go back out and get something else. Jr. bacon has more bacon on it.
First off the lady at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional and made me feel rushed as I was ordering for my six person family. I got to the window and my three kids meals were not in kids meal bags with their sauce or their toys and all my meals were scrunched up into one pile as the guy handed me five scrunched up bags in one hand !!! Also got my baconnator fries barely any cheese a piece of bacon on top not ever cut or mixed into the fries and what looked like a jr fri for $4.00 +! I’m tired of coming here at night and all the employees are rude and unwilling to serve people with respect and with the proper meals!!!
I ordered two baconators for myself and my brother and received burgers with severely undercooked bacon - images 1-3. My brother called the store and spoke with the manager, Amber. She was very helpful and offered to remake the burgers if I drove back. I went inside to get the replacement burgers and when Amber told her staff they needed to remake the order because the bacon was raw, multiple staff members complained with an attitude that “the bacon wasn’t raw”. Nonetheless, they remade the burgers with fully cooked bacon - image 4. They are capable of fully cooked bacon, they just chose to serve undercooked pork when I came through the drive thru.
I really dislike leaving public bad reviews, and I was not going to until the staff essentially called me a liar while I stood at the counter.
This particular Wendy's is always really fast and recently when my daughter didn't like her pineapple Frosty they did not give her a hard time about exchanging it for a chocolate one. They handle the situation quickly and gracefully and I really appreciate that.
Food is usually ok, but the restaurant is incredibly dirty. Men's restroom was dirty but the women's was disgusting. Wife said there was poop on the walls and seats, dried blood, toilet paper on the sink. Staff was too busy so we just left and didn't eat there. Half the staff didn't look like they even worked there. They were behind the counter but were wearing their normal clothes.
So we went through the drive through and as usual we checked the bags had to go in for the nachos only to come back out to soup. The taco salad was horrible . Chili was not Wendy's Chilli for 21 dollars for 2 salads . It should not look like this. ????
