Best WLM Reviews
We showed up at about 9:30pm (almost closing time). We were treated well and we were not rushed out the door. Food was accurate and the person who handed us our order was very polite and made us feel welcome ( I don't remember his name but he had glasses). I'm pretty loyal to Wendys. Food and prices are well balanced. The above average customer service is what made me put the extra effort to write this review. Thank you!
I try to not leave bad reviews unless they’re absolutely deserving of one. This Wendy has. Tile and time again they’re out of food, getting my order wrong, or not giving the correct amount of food. Today i got two 10 piece nuggets (see picture). Each of those containers had 7 pieces. How can you fail to deliver time after time? It’s not rocket science to give the customer what they ordered
My first experience with Wendy’s was unpleasant with missing one patty for double cheese burger. Taste is not bad though.
So I ordered on doordash the Jr. Bacon burger biggie bag and this is what I got!! I am most definitely not the first person to complain about orders being messed up or the food being disgusting or cold or things missing!! I don't know how this place hasn't been put with new management or even shut down. They charge so much and this is what people are getting. It's ridiculous ???? it's not hard to pay attention to the orders and this isn't even the first time my orders have been messed up!
I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if they hired a bunch of careless people, or why quality decreased so much, but I asked for a lettuce wrap bun for a chicken sandwich, and this is what they gave me. Why are you people so stingy about a good helping of fresh lettuce? What am I even paying for at this point? Oh and try asking for a manager too. They get defensive if you ask for one, because they know they’ve done a horrible job.
Apparently it's 20 minutes to cook a chicken breakfast sandwich here. That's all I ordered, but in that time since I ordered three other vehicles have gotten their food and left.
The Food and service was excellent, but the parking, entrance, exit, and drive through were so tight You could barely negotiate them with anything larger than a small car.
Sat almost 10 minutes in an empty drive thru at 11:30 this morning to finally have a barely warm burger and fries tossed at me. Now I know why it was so slow at this location.
