If I could give this 0 stars I would!! I asked for fresh food but I was given double dipped food and then when I called to rectify the situation I spoke with a supposed manager who was defensive and had an attitude before I could even get the story all the way out. It seems this is an issue here, the only reason I go is because of my kids. But if you do, go inside if you want your food made fresh and accurately!!
Just really wanted the $1 soft drink. The two sausage muffins I bought were too spicy for me.
I've had Burgers on other occasions and they're really goo.
I attempt to go to this location because it’s on my way home from work half the time they’re out of regular nuggets, always out of baked potatoes, don’t hold accurate business hours, there’s a teenage girl on the night staff that gives terrible customer service. But what finally bothered me enough to even write a review is checking online that you were open in the morning, driving there seeing there’s an employee lights are on, pulling to the drive through and not only has the menu not been updated for breakfast but the speaker was busted too. I really think you need better management at this location. Under delivers everytime.
I ordered a Son of a baconator meal and a double cheeseburger with fries and frosty. The burgers weren’t up to par. Looked like it was cooked two days ago and it was only 10:00 pm. 11-22-24
I try to eat Inside,supposed they close the dine in 22:00 or 10:00 PM,surprise is close (arrive 21:30 or 9:30 pm)
No big deal I take the drive in try to order Paty’s or hamburger for my dog they love,my nuggets and the berries ice cream.
I try 5 time (I just want 4 small patty or hamburger is for my dogs)
I believe she doesn’t listen to me,and I up a little my voice,and she say I scream ????
Is not my style just I say sorry ???? I feel very bad she make feel so sad ???? and I move to other place
We love Wendy’s but the people to work here in Jolie,Illinois needs better actitud
If I could give this Wendy's minus 10 stars I would. I actually went into this facility to place my order today. Waited a few minutes before a VERY SLOW walking girl, who was.....less than enthusiastic to say the least, and clearly did not want to be there took my order. She didn't even say "can I help you". Took my order, and walked away. After looking at my receipt I noticed that I was charged thirty cents more for each of the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches I ordered- 2.69 per the sign in the store, however they rang up as 2.99. Asked the girl about the price difference. Said she didn't know, so I asked for the manager. His explanation was the price went up. OK, but the sign should be changed. According to him the sign can't be changed until an email is sent to them? Yet the register was changed for the price increase? When I opened the bag at home, so my husband and I could eat our lunch, we didn't even get the correct sandwiches. Jr cheeseburger deluxes, should have lettuce and tomatoe on it. I attached a picture of what we got. The buns were very dry and was cold. The fries were ice cold too. I live 2 minutes away. I was not about to go back to that horrible place to have it corrected. As it was, 2 people were there, who were already waiting 15 minutes for their food when I got there, and I waited about the same for my food. There was a puddle of soda on the floor in front of the counter, not cleaned up but with a "caution wet floor" sign by it. WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Word to the wise...DO NOT waste your time or money there.
Solid Wendy’s got a new crew the last few months and the mistakes and issues have dropped so yay! Wendy’s is the better burger here not McDs. The menu expansion is welcome. Their breakfast is great.
Food was ready quick and it was okay. I feel like it could've been a little fresher but it's not that big of a deal really
