Edit on 10-8-24. Went there over lunch to get a crabby patty combo. Ordered one for my son also and ordered and paid for double burgers. Got home and had two individual single burgers. Not surprised they managed to screw up yet another order. Both burgers were singles even though I paid for doubles.
Old review: Walked in right around lunchtime. One person was ordering ahead of me and there were 2 cars going through the drive through. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo. I waited 14 minutes for the food. 14 minutes. The place was not busy, there was not a long line of cars, and I counted 4 other people I could see working there besides the cashier. Why does it take 14 minutes to get food for a place that isn't busy with so many people working? Food was good as always, but it was not worth the wait.
We made a huge order tonight through the drive thru at around 10:30. Jeffery was very patient with us as our order was like $50. We sat and checked our order and he was very kind and understanding making sure we got everything we ordered. Was so delighted by his customer service and quickness while being the only staff.
Always seem to get the order wrong at the drive up. The last 3 times we've gone, over the course of months, something has been forgotten from the order, which is too bad because the food, salads, and baked potatoes are good.
The order takers are nice, just wonder what goes wrong from order to the bag
Friendly and fast. The taco salad is great. I am so glad they brought it back.
Not my 1st choice in fast food, but they definitely have a variety on their menu that rivals your favorite fast food joint!
If you're looking for your correct order this isn't the place to go. I asked for only pickle... LITERALLY Everytime I go up there I have to use my own buns at home just so I don't have to use the same bread.
This is why you're stuck in fast-food. Can't take a SIMPLE order.
And I got a large lemonade and it tastes hot and just nasty.
Totally not worth the trip and a waste of my money.
NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
Don't come here for breakfast. Been over 5 minutes waiting for 2 biscuits. No one else in drive thru and they made me park and wait. One other car waiting for food. Inside closed no one else in drive thru.
Update took 9 minutes! No one other customers...
Our food was prepared correctly and promptly. They were super busy when we arrived, but they handled the crowd quickly and politely. They have one of those hundreds of flavors soft drink machines. The drinks were terrible, almost no flavor at all. The machine is apparently set at the minimum possible syrup level. Water tastes better than what it dispensed. If the beverages had been up to par, my rating would have been higher.
