The new English muffins were a good choice. We wished the part were a bit bigger. They were still tasty. The Service was outstanding. The little nook eating area is a good place to see the shops and traffic.
Nothing was clean or sanitize. Everything was dirty. The complete order was not in the bag. The receipt was not even in the bag as they said it was and repeatedly I asked to have it inspected to make sure everything was in the bag because everything was shoved into one bag the sandwich is flat like somebody sat on them. They had only barely any ingredients on them like they were trying to save ingredients. Fries felt like they sat there forever, and the pictures that I am posting is what I get with a dirty nasty store I won’t go back to here. Rude rude I even asked about a hairnet so that way I didn’t get hair in my food, but apparently they said that’s not their protocol to wear a hairnet when I tried calling, they keep hanging up the phone like they’re too good enough and they know they did something wrong
The only reason I gave a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating is because the dining room soda machine was not working, so we had to get our drinks made by the counter employee, as well as refills. Everything else? GREAT!
Just left there tonight and had to cancel our order because of The worker at the drive-through had a stank attitude because I was ordering food for my family, I was forced to go all the way across town to another Wendy’s. I was trying to keep her gainfully employed, but I guess some people don’t really wanna work.
I won’t be contributing to that Wendy’s ever again and what’s funny is the manager was standing right there and didn’t correct her, instead, they both laughed. I guess that’s another person that doesn’t want to work. SMH maybe that should be one of the locations that closes as well. I guess those are the kind of people Wendy’s keeps employing
Bought a chicken Cobb salad from Wendy's at southridge and they put no meat on it, suppose to have chicken and bacon on it but they just took it out of the fridge and through it in the bag but want to charge 9.00 freaking dollars for it plus it's old vegetables. Don't deserve no dang raise when too lazy to put the chicken and bacon on a salad and I live like 30 min away taking it back is not an option so I'm out 9.00.
Very rude the manager she got mad and denied me food and said she will spite on my food only because i asked if she can put two pieces on lettuce like the picture on the menu she said they dont do that thats just a picture and they do things differently very anunprofessional she was working at the drive through and i asked her name and she said her name is same and that shes the manager and i asked one of the other employees and he said they dont have a same that works there. I cant believe she said she’s going to spite on my sandwich this place should be reported and close for that.
Every time I go through the drive through for lunch break, every single person I've been served by is so incredibly rude. No "hi" no "thank you"
I tried to order a potato (which i never seen to get the amount of sour cream and salt i ask for) and the person working loudly and rudely stated "WE ARE OUT OF POTATOES" in the middle of me speaking. I didn't even get to finish my statement. I've worked food service so many times, and I know what it's like to be stressed and overworked. I never acted like that. When I went to pay she didn't say a word, just grabbed my card and didn't even look towards me. Yall need to do better because this location is legitimately the worst fast food location I've ever been to in terms of service. Potatoes still slap tho.
Not the nicest workers and the even worse thing was a fly at the bottom of my fries YES A DEAD FLY so freaking disgusting will not be coming back this is not okay at all
