Wendy’s always delivers! The food is consistently great, the service is fast, and the restaurant is always clean. I especially love dining in – it’s a nice, comfortable experience every time. Highly recommend for a quick and reliable meal!
Freshly upgraded Wendy’s. Waited on the drive through line for 10 minutes not one person spoke to me or the cars around me. The store looks great but apparently they can’t afford the help. I can’t wait until Chick Fil A opens in Somers Point
Very Nice new store but service was Horrible inside. Seems like mobile ordering takes president over real live people in front of you. The workers walk several of us waiting to order for 5 minutes. Really should hire more people. It's ridiculous. not going back anytime soon
This Wendy’s is my favorite. They have very friendly and nice employees especially the drive thru cashier Kathy. I always order with her and she takes care of me! She has amazing customer service and makes me feel welcome. Will come again!! ????????
Waited 22 minutes to pull up to a broken speaker at a store that was just renovated less than a month ago. What an embarrassment to the company and not only will I NOT be coming back, I certainly will not be recommending this place to anybody. Absolutely pathetic.
Unfortunately, had an awful experience with the older heavyset lady with short hair who was working the window at 3:30 pm on 9/1. I accidentally went to the second window because I thought that is what she said Over the speaker. When I got to the second window, she came over and was yelling at me in front of my young son all because I didn’t go to the first window . The other girls had to apologize for her behavior. It says MARY as the cashier on my receipt not sure if that was her name. The other two girls were very kind, apologetic and helpful..
This was by far the nicest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, burgers were fresh and juicy!
i love this Wendys location, i always go here and the person at the drive thru Kathy, she’s amazing, she always makes sure my order is correct, she double checks with me about my order, overall amazing experience with Kathy, she has amazing customer service, she’s always polite, 10/10 recommend coming here!! thank you soo much Kathy i will be coming back!!????
