If I could give a zero star review this would be the place. I walked in and instantly felt the negative environment coursing through my toes. When I stepped up to order my food ($5 biggie bag) the cashier woman gave me the worst attitude. Her tone and her demeanor was unwelcoming and distasteful. It doesn’t end there, this is just the beginning of my Wendy’s horror story. I wanted to fill up my poor empty Owala, however when I was trying to simply fill it up with water I was yelled at my the cashier in the most rude way. It left me full of embarrassment and shaken to the core. I heard my name being called, my order was ready. Once I sat down, and took a bite out of my chicken sandwich that I was looking forward all evening, my teeth touched something quite unusual. My chicken sandwich was completely raw. The breading surrounding the chicken was green and moldy. (See attached image) I walked up to the cashier and showed her my raw meat, and she looked me up and down and laughed at my raw chicken sandwich. She did not offer me anything else besides her rude behavior as well as another disgusting mediocre chicken sandwich. This review is not to bash on Wendy’s but to warn customers. Hope you have a better day than I did.
Tae the front counter employee was absolutely out of this world his ability to give you direct factual information was uncanny and absolutely would give this man a raise without even thinking about it, great job young man!!! Absolutely will be coming back to this location!!!
THE Worst Wendy's in Tampa. Had a craving, but now I know why I go fast food once in a blue moon. This is a Jr bacon cheeseburger. PATHETIC!
Probably one of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to! Not consistent but 70% of time your orders won’t get messed up and over all food comes out pretty good! Nice and clean! They will give you sauces, fork, spoon and a straw… surprisingly most places tend to forget that… employees are nice and most of the time have a positive attitude makes you think management or independent ownership is doing a good job!

Last night I ordered and Asiago chicken club… and they dropped the sandwich in the sauce.
As of my 10th visit 7/10 have been great!
I’ve been coming this location for quite some time with the same order. I usually order on the app, but in lieu of the app not working, I decided to just chance it. Upon asking for a 444 meal, the woman on the speaker informs me they don’t carry that item. I say that’s odd because I order it all the time on the app, to which she YELLS very nastily at me through the speaker “IT’S ONLY ON THE APP MA’AM.” Well, the app informs me of this in no way, and for an employee to scream at a customer whose only crime is asking for clarification is a really poor way to treat someone who has been visiting for years on their lunch break. Upon trying to call the store itself, I was unsurprised to find their voice mailbox was full. I wonder if it’s full of experiences similar to mine. I will not be back after this experience. Please do better.
Asked for my burger well done, it was cold. My fries, cold. The girl at the drive through window, not a please or a thank you so I wasn’t surprised when there wasn’t a smile. I don’t expect much from fast food joints but a little bit of a welcoming attitude would’ve been nice. I’ve never had a good experience here.
Anytime (& now the very last time) I've ordered chicken nuggets, I've received nuggets that have a hard outer shell & that seem to have been sitting around all day.They aren't fresh & taste awful.
Wendy's used to be known as the 'fresh' food place, but those days have since passed. I won't be returning.
This is the slowest fast food restaurant I e ever been to. Anytime I go through the drive, which I do often since I do food delivery it takes a minimum of 30 mins. They have every car pull past the window and park, then they take their time making orders.
