Best WLM Reviews
This is pitiful place ...my burger was not fresh it was dry and over cooked , the fries wasn't hot either and the worst of the worst was the awful music they was playing ..damn gospel shit . Forcing religion onto people is not a good thing . I personally will be contacting there home office on this. Man oh man do I miss Dave Thomas he would have never let his restaurants get into the awful shape it has gotten to . Sad Sad ????.. I will never return to this restaurant here in Henderson, Tennessee ever again
Normally pretty good place but seems like it has gone down hill drastically over the past few months. Got my order entirely wrong two times in one day and they were as slow as Christmas! Also, cashier was moving slow as possible while the lobby was filling up with customers.
Was there at 4:15 on December 13, service was not good , food cold with a green tomato !! Would not recommend!
Have to change my review. This used to be a great location. But it has gone downhill hill fast. My experience today was horrible. Ordered 2 baconator doubles. Think we got ripped off. Woman in the drive-through was rude. We got 2 small burgers with one piece of bacon. I'll post a picture to show.
Every time I get food at this Wendy’s it’s always terrible. You can never get anyone to answer the phone to let them know. They open and close whenever the staff wants to. They just absolutely SUCK!!# shutthemdown
This time I get my food at 2pm and they taste like there where cooked at open the day before.
I ordered a 4-4$ and when I got it,I was missing one nugget. Didn't think too much of it but when I came back next time I casually mentioned it so they gave me a 12-piece nugget. Outstanding service, and very polite about it
What a bad dream about the bacnator frie no salt lil cheese lil Bacon it's cold .I spend 26.dollar on three baconnator a hamburger bacnator two frosted med at smh over charge mad as hell money back or Wendy card please..
The dining area could use some attention, but other than that it was great!
