During my visit to the drive-through, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The food was served hot and fresh, which is always a plus. The restaurant itself appeared well-maintained and clean, reflecting high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the employees were exceptionally friendly, greeting me with a smile and ensuring that my order was correct. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend dining here for anyone looking for a good lunch!
When I do drive through or delivery, you mess my order up a LOT. You also don’t answer your phone and the mailbox is full. You also have no way to flag the order to even get the bill corrected. So every time the order is wrong, which happens a lot, it becomes a giant pain.
Talk about amazing service and quick, HOT food. It seemed like a world record how fast our food was ready. I mean, it was steaming when we opened the burgers. Would definitely frequent here the next time we are in the area. They were empty when we arrived, but by the time we left the drive thru, the line was wrapped around the building. Utterly amazed how good everything tasted.
When I order salads and the little croutons and things have expiration dates three or four months prior to the current date makes me concerned about other things in the restaurant as well. This is happened to me twice now at two different Wendy's.
The girls at the drive thru were so pleasant & polite! I could actually understand what she was saying because she spoke clearly & enunciated her words while taking my order! I made sure to tell her that their efforts are ????????
Been coming here for lunch now and then for a few years. This is the best Wendy's in the country, hands down. The best chain fast food joint I've ever been to. They are doing something right at this location. Staff is always friendly food is always hot, fresh, and delivered as soon as I roll up to the window. Other Wendy's do not compare.
Have stayed away for awhile, was getting pretty gruesome. Now back, food quality menu has greatly improved. Staff and this location was always excellent, just corporate changes made the product suck for awhile there. I'm glad the chain turned it around. Is still fast food, but much better now.
Staff was nice but accidentally charged me extra for the 2 for $3 deal. Whenever the manager was there, they obviously knew better.
