Newly torn down and rebuilt restaurant. The place looks great inside and out. The drive through is almost always packed but the lobby is not. They have two of those Coke Freestyle machines that everything ends up tasting a little like cherries. The food looks good but their prices are off the hook now. The "Value" items are almost $4 each now. The kid behind the counter was super friendly and the store was sparkly clean.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and I received a fried chicken sandwich on a dry bun. As we had left the store, I couldn't return it, so I tossed it in the trash. Not a good experience
Orders are frequently are missing items, but it's not worth coming back to resolve in person. Please double-check your order before driving away. Simple orders take 15 minutes to make here, while other locations always have the same items out in about 5 minutes.
I bought the 4 for $4 from this location for my son. After he had a couple of bites of his cheeseburger he noticed someone else's hair inside of it! At first, i thought it may have been my son's hair but after looking at it I could tell that it was someone else's hair inside his cheeseburger. The color and length didn't match mine or my son's hair. I was incredibly upset, I called Wendy's immediately and after speaking with the manager, the only thing she offered was a free meal during our next visit. We haven't gone to this Wendy's location since. I don't recommend.
I stood at the front counter for 8 minutes before I walked out of the restaurant. There was one cook and a young lady working the drive thru. They both yelled out for someone to get the front order multiple times but nobody came. I saw one lady in the back moving product around ignoring the calls from her coworkers.
My local Wendys is the best. The staff always accomedate me with my app bargins and finicky way i love my Wendys food. For all the big burger/fast food chains, Wendys is my favorite. Even over IN n OUT. I dig them too as a close 2nd but something about a fat wendys burger and a chili baked potato.
Great value the $ 7 four food item meal. Bacon cheeseburger with 4 chicken nuggets and a frosty instead of a soda. Add a water cup and you are good to go for less than 8 bucks.
The temperature of the meat was not warm enough to melt the cheese.
The service provided was lacking and inattentive, resulting in a lack of assistance until the time of departure.
The cost of the meal exceeded its value, making it an unwise financial decision.
A restaurant definitely worth not visiting!
