Got take out from this location. Wanted chili, but in checking pricing is completely missing from main menu board!
Cleanliness of site's interior woefully lacking;
- chicken nuggets sitting on back counter (nowhere near nugget bin)
- front counter had drink sill residue present
- floor in front of counter littered with product wrapper pieces
- soft drink dispenser had all manner of drink residue splashed inside "hood" area.
Given the above I'll skip going to this Wendy's. Even if it's an independent restaurant, there should be adherence to corporate standards!
Fountain machine ice maker was broken, the soda was warm and flat. Flies were in the dining area. Changing station was hanging off the wall in the restroom. Hearing the employees make fun of you while eating was an added bonus. Never returning here again.
We placed an ASAP mobile order. Got there 15 min later. They couldn’t find my order. I tried to show them my order on line and one of employees said. That won’t help me! They said they couldn’t find my order. They were clueless in working the computer. Finally they found it. But still got order wrong. The employee was constantly playing with her hair and working with food. The employees were very lazy and rude. Stay away from this location
I ordered to a double stack meal. I asked if I could have the sandwich with only ketchup mayo, lettuce and tomato. And they put pickles, old stinky onions, withered lettuce and soft and needed to be thrown away tomatoes. My FF were burned, salty and old. My lunch break and the rest of my day sucked after that. I will NEVER eat at this location again. They treated me like they treat the quality of their food????
Always wrong. Like always. Going on 2+ years. Go there maybe once a month.
Never inedible, never food messed up just never correct order. Last time the drive thru girl was really sassy, like above average sassy.
This location used to be great. Manager Josh needs fired along with his entire staff. Ordered two chicken sandwiches, got to the window and the employee said they had 1 classic and 1 spicy left. Asked me if that was okay. I told them my girlfriend and I don't like spicy so we pulled forward and waited 15 minutes until the manager "Josh" brought the food. Got home, both sandwiches tasted old, and my girlfriends was spicy chicken. The chicken looked like it sat on the floor for a month. I won't be returning and I will be calling corporate and the health inspector. I worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years and this location is RIDICULOUS and deserves to be shut down. This is the 3rd TERRIBLE mistake in 2 months. Fire all the employees and completely revamp this store for crying out loud. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
Caution to buyers: Wendy's is overpriced, and this particular location is the worst I've ever visited. They had no meat, the food wasn't fresh, and no one was willing to take orders at the drive-thru. For the price, Wendy's should be ashamed.
After waiting for someone to get off break to take our order, we waited even longer for our food, which was surprising since no one else was there or in the drive-thru line. When we did get our food, there was a huge piece of red hair with it. Not surprisingly, someone was in the back with very long red hair that wasn’t secured in any way. Plus, everything in the store had a layer of “sticky” on it.
