I will never patronize this location again. Ordered 3 large chilies and 3 bacon cheeseburgers and the burgers weren't even room temp, but cold like they have been sitting for an hour. The chili wasn't even filled up. I hope they shut this one down. Employees aren't even pleasant!
The only reason everything got one star is the store has to be open in order to find out anything about the store every morning. Go there for breakfast never open. It’s always at least 45 minutes late. Opening people are rude. I have to travel past to Wendy’s one on airway and the one on Woodman to get to the one on Dorothy Lane, which is always open always nice people and always gives me hot food so if anybody knows the owners of those two stores on airway and Woodman, you might want to contact them and let them know their employees Are very lazy and rude
We just tried to go here AGAIN and I’m not sure why. This location always has the absolute SLOWEST service. Maybe I was hopeful that they’d hire someone… we are driving to a different Wendy’s because I bet you will get our food there before we would’ve reached the drive thru window here
Guy taking order was rude. Same guy taking money. The amount paid was different than amount shown. Ordered large frosty, received one about 6 inches tall couldn't get his attention. The Dave's double was ok. Fries hot. The new Bacon mushroom was soggy and greasy. Couldn't be eaten by either one of us. We were settled in and we're not leaning again. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called. Used to like that one over the one on Dorothy. Guess they are both out now
The menu doesn't light up at night. They told me it was broken.
Long wait and worker made it clear she didn't want to be doing her job.
My large fry was only half full, not only cold, but some of the fries were entirely uncooked. I don't even understand how that happens. Especially after a long wait.
They also managed to forget cheese on one of our cheeseburgers.
Why even be open at that point? There's a reason for the low ratings.
As my sister came through the drive through , she was greeted with such disrespect, she was threatened for asking for her bacon well done.
A female worker named Armani came out of the building and tried to attack her. While she had a baby in the car. This is crazy. And there is photos of some crazy activity going on in that store
Had it not been for Marquis at the window being a superstar our order would have sucked! He deserves a huge raise. However, his coworker who handed us a greasy fingered bag was less more than angry! Guess our big order was too much for him! Thank you Marquis for making it a nice visit!
We went to two other Wendy's before this one today. The dining room in one was closed and the other one told us it would be a 15 minute wait. This one on Woodman was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
