My saucy nuggets looked like they were intentionally dropped and sprinkled in hair of all kinds.
The only Wendy's in Lawton, Oklahoma, have some good to okay food, in spite of the reviews It's been getting from customers, even though It's an old school.

The bathrooms are locked for safety reasons, so make sure you ask the associates for the key.
It's an all right, Wendy's, living in the rundown area, even know the foods is okay.
The best tea the best breakfast sandwiches. I will never waste my money on McDonald's breakfast sandwiches again. Wendy's biscuits are so buttery soft and flaky good, made with real fresh sausage and egg like you made at home. They are my favorite. Do not spend money at braums or McDonald's for breakfast your wasting your money. Wendy's is by far the best place to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. Your stomach won't hurt later and you don't have to worry about what's in your food. Service is friendly every time I go and fast.
Decently fast, though the the first car in line took forever, but it was fine after that. Service is always great at breakfast time, but on rare occasions my potatoes are not as hot as they should be, and sometimes my sausage is overcooked on the edges.
Employees smoking weed right by the drive thru window, orders getting messed up, and everything being sold out; is not how I thought the night would go. 4 employees, a fella with red hair, a girl with black hair, two other miscreants were right outside the drive thru window in uniform, smoking weed and goofing off right in view of the lobby and cars.
This was one of the best fast food experiences I have had in a while. Everyone was polite and respectful. Thank you too the staff today!!
At the drive thru, I ordered two chicken sandwiches, Asiago Club and Loaded Nacho. I received two chicken sandwiches with a tomato and sauce on them. Since the dining area was locked at night, I went back to the window to see why I didn't get what I ordered. The person said, "We don't have the ingredients to make those." Not going to lie, I was angry. I said, "And you !@#$ing knew this!" "Why in the !@#$ didn't you say anything while I was ordering?" I asked. " So you think it's ok to just steal my money?" I then had the window shut in my face. I probably deserved that. However, there was no apology and no attempt to refund my money. I had just spent 3.5 hours at the ER. My little girl was starving, and so was I. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to!
Placed and paid for an online order to pick up inside the store that was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes. My husband was waiting for a while and I had to call the store to find out what the issue was. I was told that they were short staff. It took 30 minutes from 11:03 to 11:33 for us to get our food after talking to an employee over the phone who had placed me on hold, but never returned to the phone.
