Best WLM Reviews
Almost every employee here is always super cranky which can be understandable… But when I only get 2 sauces for 3 meals which again can be Understandable… I try to pay for extra and they get extremely pissed every time without fail. I never leave bad reviews but I find it ridiculous that they guard their sauces with their lives like it’s literal gold or something.
Best part about this location is when you finally reach your boiling point of waiting for 30min in a drive thru that only has one other car in it, you can just drive across the street to McDonalds and get your food in 5min even with a line. Efficiency.
The food is always good, the food has never been an issue. The staff is very short with you and it’s just a rush to get you through the drive through. They occasionally leave off a special request like “plain” or “no tomato” then get defensive if you say something at the window about getting it corrected.
If you want professionalism and quality service do not visit this location this location is beyond unprofessional everyone that works there talks as if they do not want to be there. Their appearance shows that this company does not care about hygiene at this location seems to Be. Workers yell at you through the speaker and they do not greet you, this is literally the worst Wendy's I have ever went to!
Worst wendy’s experience by far. I came at 11am on a friday (08/23). Three ladies up in drive through & they were making the job hard for themselves. I simply ordered a biggie bag with extra barbecue sauce & a small free frosty with a cupon on the app… when i pulled up to the window to scan my rewards the ladies made it a big deal about my coupon & i never got me my frosty the first time i pulled around.. then they forced me out the drive through.. i also asked for extra barbecue sauce (no extra charge) & it wasn’t in my bag. then i pulled around again to pick up a mobile order.. i also asked for the frosty they forgot the first time & again for my barbecue sauce, which now all of a sudden they charge me for. i received my order & they didn’t even put my barbecue sauce when i paid for the sauce the lady upfront smiled & laughed.. so i went AGAIN just to get what i asked for the first time. i don’t apprcite the ladies up here being unprofessional & difficult to deal with as a costumer.
Barely any interaction with staff. Not super friendly or talkative even when you ask questions. The food was great no complaints there. I'd go back if I was in the area.
This location has a team member that is actively committing fraud. She will charge you, say that the order didn’t go through, and ask for your card again to charge you again for a different amount.
Management will not support you if you call them. Corporates response to this was that this employee is “currently under investigation” for multiple complaints but is still allowed to work there.
They offered me to return to this location for a refund and free meal. No thanks. Stop allowing criminals to work at your location.
Take at least 10 mins to order when there’s not even a line , any how food was ok
Besides nuggets were cold and tasted old. And it’s really hot in the place / and soda machine in lobby only had 2 drink choices
