Got 4 biggie bags and a Cobb salad, they were out of reg nuggets (didn't mind) and out of a few drink options but overall food was good. They gave me a different dressing than what ask for but I managed had some at hm. Salad is always packed and i eat out it more than once. Also Lady taking orders at drive thru was very pleasant
Can you all not get ANYTHING right? Everytime we order anything from this store, there's ALWAYS multiple items missing and or what we do actually receive has been sitting for hours. $130 wasted for my family's dinner, since we currently don't have a working stove & everything i ordered was missing & what we did get was old as hell. I wouldn't feed my dog this crap. Oh, & they won't answer the phone either. I've called 3 times.
Update 07SEP2023: This Wendy’s continues to go downhill as the restaurant has been very dirty, service has been unresponsive and not helpful, and longer waits for food.
This Wendy’s location is your average fast food place in the area. The dining area was basically clean and the food was delivered quickly. The food is acceptable, but it’s your normal fast food.
I placed a mobile order. I went to pick it up & was told they didn’t have any potatoes or the Frosty that I ordered. They offered me fries instead. Even though the potato cost more than the fries they won’t assist me with the price difference. It has to be done through the app. I got my order & they didn’t give me my chicken nuggets. Then the young lady at the window was not happy that I had the nerve to mention I was missing my nuggets. On top of that the fries were cold. This was my first & last time at this Wendy’s.
The food is really good but the amount of mistakes workers make is kinda crazy. They forget my sauce more than half the times I go. One of the workers added bacon to my cheeseburger when I didn't ask for any and this is a very bad thing because pork is not allowed in some religions. The inside of the store kinda stinks too. Other then that the workers are really nice and the food is really good.
Ordered sausage muffins they were cold and looked uncooked. Fries were cold. She didn't give me a receipt so I have no information on it.
Asked for chilli no chilli... asked for a baked potato didn't even have the right package to put it in.. got two burgers won't cooked right meat was red inside... alot of salt and pepper in bag but no sour cream butter or anything else... like if you don't like your job don't go let someone else have a your job that would appreciate it
This place was pretty good for what we got, and it was done on time. A few times we went, and they had cash or app only for the drive-through around 11pm. Not used to that. They did a pretty good job, from I could tell. Keep it up!
