It was fine. The food was fresh and hot. They were out of chocolate Frosty so gave me vanilla. They forgot my ketchup and I forgot to check. Their intentions were good.
Was visiting someone in the area, it got late and we wanted some food. Googled fast food nearby, and this Wendy's popped up. I'm glad we chose this over other options. The food was fresh, made well, and an employee at the drive-thru was very friendly. Ended up going inside to use the bathroom, and everything was very clean inside. No complaints, definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite to eat.
Don’t go here on your lunch break if you only have half an hour. 10 minutes just to even take your order. Do you guys have one person taking orders while also making the food? Holy omg. Too bad there’s not a chick fil a in Bethlehem
I come to this location every week and the morning manager with the red and gray glasses is argumentative and has a nasty attitude. Tuesday I ordered a bacon double stack it was freezing so I went up to the cashier and asked for another so the cashier with the gold glasses told her manager on duty that my burger was cold , the manager repeated in a Mocking tone cold , and the cashier said yes . The manager was so rude. Who ever the cashier with the gold glasses was keep her because she makes this location better. That manager gotta go she’s always disrespectful towards me.
I have been attending Lehigh University for the past two years and have Gotten food from this location several dozen times since I arrived. Every single time that I go through the drive-through at this location the wait is a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes sometime Even hitting the hour mark. On top of this, every time I have gone, the order has been incorrect to some degree, the workers at this location have been extremely rude, and I am 90% sure that the majority of people working at this location do not actually do their job. Again, every time I come to this location there are four or five employees outback on a smoke break and for the duration of my time in the drive-through, They do not move from the back of the restaurant. This means that there are usually only one or two employees running the entire inside of the store Which is not even relatively sustainable. With this said, if you want to go to Wendy’s, go anywhere else But this location
One employee taking orders and working the cash register and presumably also making the food while four others stand out back smoking. Reason for long wait was “I’m waiting on meat”. Isn’t that all they sell?? I could’ve gotten hired and trained there and made the food myself in less time.
Terrible customer service, long wait times no hospitality or values. This is a disgrace to the Bethlehem community. Need better management and hire employees who have manners. 10 min wait time at the drive thru unacceptable. You failed the fast food audit.
The workers think the amount of sauce they put comes out of their paycheck ????????♂️
