The drive through speakers were out, which was fine, so we pulled up to the first window as indicated. The guy in the window had an attitude and acted like he didn't want to be there. The lady at the second window was even worse. She THREW my kids meal into the car into my lap rather than hand it to me, shoved my drinks at me impatiently, and my other bag with the rest of my food. The food was old, over cooked, and bland. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Went through the drive thru, and the person taking my order was very short tempted and irritated. She got very upset that I asked for a minute to decide and refused to speak with me afterward. So, another employee had to finish my order. When i got my food, the eggs to my two breakfast sandwiches were just slightly undercooked. A simple mistake or revenge ???? you decide, lol. Either way, I didn't enjoy the food that morning, and I'll probably not come back for breakfast, maybe lunch time is better for this place.
I love Wendys l, but not this one. Dave would roll over in his grave if he saw this. Yikes is all that can be said about this one. The island for ketchup was out of ketchup/ napkins and was filthy. The coke fountain machine was out of almost everything. Toilet in the bathroom had over flowed and they just put a wet floor sign and didnt clean it up. The pecan salad I ordered had spoiled blue cheese and cold chicken. You can see my burger picture and that is absolutely nasty looking with the amount of ketchup and mustard they put on it. We asked for some ketchup pqckets and the worker gave us 6 packets that were all stick together with dried ketchup. Worst experience ever at a Wendys and I love Wendys, but again never this one again. $20 lost on this meal being thrown away.
I went at 8:30 in the morning for breakfast. The food was very good. I was the only one in the dining room. No one was in the drive thru. There were at least 3 employees that I could see. Half of the tables in the dining room were dirty.
Horrible the lady at the counter seems to be on drugs and being loud and we was missing chicken nuggets an they gave us half thing of fries and they gave us the wrong sandwiches and they put our change on the top of my drink and didn’t give me my receipt then they couldn’t find my receipt!! Then when my husband went in to get our sandwiches the manager was rude I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone bad experience here won’t be coming back to this one again!!!
I try not to give any place a low grade. My cousin and I drove to this location, and all the lights were off. She called, and the woman who picked up said that they were open, but she was the only one working. We still went, and when we got there, it took 35 minutes to get the food done, and the order was wrong. I didn't feel like going back and dealt with the food. Either there need to be new workers trained and staffed at this location or close it down.
was very agitated with the other restaurant across the street. However Manager Rob made my dine in experience very pleasant. Fast, efficient,tasty & great value
