The ghettoooooooooo location ????????♀️ always rude, but this night it was ok the guy at the window was actually decent. Food crappy and they never seem to get the order correct. I have went as far as to speaking with DM and there is still no accountability at this location
Food was nice and hot, but the young man working the drive thru was very rude. While taking the order he kept rushing us and then when we decided to change the flavor of our drink he let out this sigh of frustration. Not professional or welcoming at all. To top it off when we pull up to the window he was on his phone. Don't know if he was having a bad night but he definitely shouldn't be working with customers with that attitude.
We were the only people in the showroom in the lull hours of the day, so it was quiet. The only other people eating inside were the employees that were on their breaks. The cashier was nice and was able to take out orders without problems (even when asked to sub the fries for chili [did you know you could do that?]), she was also very attentive when giving us our orders. The staff behind the counter making the food was fast and communicated well (by this I mean they weren't yelling at each other from front to back). Food came out as expected, no complaints there.
My only complaint would be several of the tables were dirty and could have been wiped down between customers, especially since it was quite slow in the dining room.
Probably the best Wendy’s in Fayetteville. Always a great time when I visit this location. The food and vibes are great. I would totally drive 10 miles away from my home to come here instead of the one around the corner from me.
If you place a mobile order via the Wendy's app and click pick up in drive thru the employees will argue with you and say you need to come inside to pick up your food. The employees may have had it confused with a door dash order, because they kept saying all door dashers need to come inside, but when I tried to explain that It was a mobile order for myself not a door dash more arguing came. They said I was holding up the line because they had to make my order, I said don't you have to make the order for everyone who orders in the drive thru (no one was behind me btw).
I visited this Wendy’s today cause I was off, enjoying the weather wanted something light. I ask for a bacon double stack sandwich only. The young man gives me a price that was wrong. So I repeated what I wanted and explained to him what it says on the board. When I got to the window I showed him a picture of their menu, so he would know what I was referring to, and he was so rude! He prints out a receipt and turns his head expecting me to pay for something I didn’t want. Avoiding the picture that I have showing the price on the menu.I will never go to this Wendy’s again.
Every time we go there after ordering online, our orders are ready, hot and fresh. One time we had to wait for my potato, but I have no problem with that, hot and fresh. We always order from this restaurant and love it.
Nice food taste fresh just didn’t get everything that came with my order the people are less than friendly especially with service they tend to just stare even when I use my manners and I’m polite it’s not returned
