I'm not a fan of hamburger's, but love mushroom and Swiss ones. I took a chance on the new mushroom and bacon burger, and salted caramel frosty.
Now I'm also very thrifty, but I must say, this mushroom bacon burger was the best burger I've ever had
The dining room could have used a walk through with a rag, but over all......food was worth it.
I didn't rate the Atmosphere because we did drive-up.
The Baconators we ordered were delicious and juicy! That reminded us of the old Wendy's commercials about how many napkins you'd need due to the juicy meat!
The SpongeBob meal was good. And usually Wendy's burgers are too greasy for me. This location didn't send me out a slopping wet burger. So that was pleasant. It would've been nice if I'd gotten some sort of spongebob toy - a spatula or something like that. Instead I got a Halloween toy, which was fine. The toy or figurine seems decent and it glows in the dark.
The meal was a bit pricey for not having a toy. The stickers were a nice addition. The staff seemed friendly as well.
I ordered the Asiago bacon ranch club With no bacon, I got bacon Took The Burger back to the store then I received a sandwich with no cheese on it when my sandwich supposed to be cheese, pickles, and ranch. I didn’t receive my cheese and the customer service at the location is horrible. I do not recommend that store to anybody.
They are more worried about there service time than customers. I had an order that wasn't completed (drive thru), nobody was in line behind me. They told me to pull forward and wait. I advised that I nobody was behind me and I would wait at the window. They told me it was messing with there service time and then demanded me to pull up. I said no then they brought another employee to try and intimidate me. I told him he could get the manager. The manager asked what was wrong. I explain then she demanded I moved forward because I was making her story time look bad on serving customers. They were not worried about getting the order out at all just about there times.
Floor has been sticky near drink machines 3 of last 5 times I've been here. NEVER any ketchup in the dispenser. Slow kitchen service. Repeatedly Disappointed. Need better management.
The girl at the window at the Wendy's on Hwy.80 was soooo rude. I drove off????
I WILL NOT go back. So we went to the other Wendy's in Brandon off of Hwy 18, and we're treated much, much better. I should have looked at her name tag and reported her. There is no sense in her attitude toward me. Nope, this place gets the lowest rating from me.
Order on the app. Don't order at the restaurant. On the app you can substitute a drink for a frosty but they will not allow you to substitute if you order at the restaurant and they are very rude about it.
