I ordered the baconator with no mayo, it even said on the ticket, and I still got mayo on the burger. I also had no ice in my strawberry lemonade and didn’t get a straw as well. Lastly, my burger and my fries came barely warm, I had to heat them up in the microwave so I could actually somewhat enjoy them.
Burger very good. Service ok. Wendy's is my choice for fast food burgers but don't frequent them. The dining room is not inviting, hard wood tables,hard chairs. Not nice.i. went for a hamburger and got a good one. I guess that's what matters.
Went through the drive-through, had to wait for our food, but only because they had to make our food fresh. Was nice and hot. Great customer service.
Worst Wendy’s ever. They’re rude and never have baked potatoes because either they “don’t have any” or “they’re in the oven for 45 min” at dinner rush. Ridiculous lack of planning and management here. If I owned this restaurant I would be absolutely ashamed. Their baked potato situation is on par with McDonald’s broken ice cream machines.
I normally prefer Chesterton fast food joints but Wendy's has really gone down the crapper starting a few years ago, maybe more. The quality and customer service isn't even at bare minimum level. I think I officially give up on Wendy's altogether. No matter which location I go to, the food sucks and the workers act like I'm bothering them and interrupting something even though they could be doing absolutely nothing. It doesn't matter if they're busy or not. Hope this helps in your decision making!
Took 20 minutes to get my food. Place not busy. Frosty was thin and watery. Hamburgers Luke warm. Employees wandering around in back. Saw customers at counter. Poor service all around. I walked in restaurant for take out. ????
The food and service were great at the drive thru. Went in to use the restroom and the soap dispenser battery was dead so I got no soap, freezing cold water, and no paper towels because the paper towel dispenser had a dead battery too.
Beware: This location can't seem to provide hot food or your correct order in a reasonable time frame.
(Been this way for about 20 yrs and I predict it will only get worse, oh wait it has. That's the track they've been on & every time I try here after a long break, it's the same old routine.)
Consistently bad.
