This location literally is the worst they always say they only take cash it’s 2024 who carries just cash with them anymore. I love Wendy’s but go rarely because this location (nearest to me) always has problems going on. I wish corporate would really look into it and get things up to par like the Santa Fe locations.
We went to go to the dining room which was locked, drive through and got our food only to see people enjoying their meals in the dining room. Asked if we could come in and the cashier said that the manager was back now and that we could come in. Door remained locked. The manager came and said that we could not come in and was extremely rude about it. If you are going to charge $18 for a meal you can at least let people inside to eat it if they choose to do so. Won’t be coming back to this location ever, thank you!
I don’t leave negative reviews generally. But it is time for a management change at this Wendy’s. Almost always out of key menu items such as baked potatoes, chili, and frostys. Often closed or accepting cash only and you only find that out at the end of your order. I don’t think this is the staff because the orders are correct, and the timing of orders is good. But just out of things almost every time we stop there, at any time of day. I drive away without being able to order due to shortages or cash only about 30% of the time.
This Wendy's was straight-up trash! The drink syrups were all messed up, and the food tasted like it came straight from the ice age. Don't even think about going there, it's the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.
I would like to leave positive feedback about this store. I visited this store several times in the past and I had the worse experience but this time I was on my way back from Taos and my kids were hungry and they were tired of Mcdonalds and stuff so I decided to stop by. I decided to go inside the store because my order was pretty long and sometimes it is hard to order on the drive thru. I was greeted by a really nice lady, the lobby was cleaned they were some other families eating there and the atmosphere was totally different compared to the last time. She was super nice. Her name was either Sandy or Andy something like that. She was smiling the whole time and she did a great job at taking my order. My total was around $60 dll. After she took my order I was hoping that they will make it right. Something I would like to say is that everyone in the kitchen was actually doing their job, they were not on their phones like before, they were organized, I cannot recall exactly how long my order took but was definitely way faster than last time. Some other lady called it out and I started checking my burgers there making sure they were the way I wanted (my kids are super picky) and I didn't want to leave the place and then having to go back in case something was wrong. I was actually amazed that the order was correct, fries were fresh, burgers were hot. Everything was really good. My family and I enjoyed this visit much. Im not sure if there are other management running this place but it was a great upgrade. We'll be returning for sure. :)
Food is mod and super inconsistent. They apparently only get enough hours for 1 cashier a shift so the dining room is closed more often than it's open, no matter how many cooks are scheduled so there's no cross-training.
It's been almost a year since my last visit to this location. I'm pleased to say that things have improved drastically. They HAD ask the items I requested and the food was hot and delicious. Service was efficient and I will definitely be returning.
Ordered through the drive thru. Lady was very nice on the headset. Got my food just to get home and it’s the completely wrong order. Remodeling did nothing to fix this place it’s still the same as it used to be.
