Purchased a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive-thru and it was RAW!!! I thought I was going to be sick. Will never return, and think twice before you go to a Wendy's.
Worst experience at a drive thru I’ve ever had. Ordered on the app still got my order wrong. Over cooked fries. Refused to give me sauce when I asked. Mean demeanors. Didn’t even dress my sandwiches I had to do it myself.
Drink machine was leaking on the floor. They mixed up our order with two other customers. We basically all talked and figured out who had what and even then ALL the orders were either wrong or missing items. Place felt dirty and unkept. Will not be going back. And this was the one on Vet's! If this is a franchisee, the company REALLY needs to check into how they are representing the Wendy's brand
This is one of the most disgusting fast food restaurant I’ve ever entered in my entire life. It’s dirty everywhere you look at and it smells nasty like homeless people have been here all day. I couldn’t eat the food my stomach couldn’t handle the smells and unsanitary conditions. They should be fined this is nasty. Don’t come here. From the exterior it looks ok but inside is another story. I’m never again coming to this nasty homeless location.
First time over from the UK and had my first ever Wendy's here, absolutely amazing burger! one of the best things I'd eaten over there during my trip. Its made a great impression on Wendy's in my opinion, even the staff were great. Got some free fries ???? for giving one of them a beer (true story) ???? THANKS WENDYS!!!
The food was good. But it took a very long time to get it even though I did a mobile order. The establishment looked clean. There was definitely something going on with orders; at least three customers came back due to mistakes and one staff member clearly did not know how to handle it as there were loud tones between her and the customer.
The chocolate frosty wasn't any good, like the machine wasn't working properly. The vanilla was good. I ordered from door dash. Tried calling Wendy's several times but no one answered the phone.
This particular Wendy's is the untidiest and unappealing that I have ever visited.
When I walked in you smelled a bad food odor as though some sauce was old. The lobby was dirty with sticky and wet floors via the soda maching-a bit of dampness is to be expected, but not to this degree.
Some of the seating had its leather slashed and definitely needs to be replaced.
I simply ordered a 4-piece nugget. While the service was fine with a polite and engaged cashier, I likely will not visit this location again for a long time in an effort to give the property an opportunity to make changes.
