Food was good, hot, and came out to us quickly. Manager clearly loved to work here and gave my little sister a free kids toy, made sure our orders were accurate, and generally made us feel welcome.
Drove 14 miles to the restaurant to pick up a Door Dash order for a customer. Upon entering the restaurant, the staff member who was mopping the floor gave me a big attitude and rudely told me the restaurant was closed and no food to pick up. She could have handled it in a more courteous manner instead of shouting. There was a previous customer who got his drink and food that just walked out. Why? Is it because I was Asian looking and have a speech disorder? Next time I will not pick up any DoorDash orders at this location. So thankful I was able to receive half pay, made it a little better
This place is a wreck. No management of the employees. I waited forever for my biggie meal even though there was plenty of employees and
only a few customers. The biggest issue is everyone standing around like they didn’t know what to do. The “manager” and the cashier looking at me standing there waiting, but not addressing me at all. Instead, once my food was finally provided, I had to ask for the BBQ sauce AND my drink cup. HORRIBLE customer service.
Apparently they are out of fries as well. These are the ones they serve for breakfast. Definitely NOT what I ordered.
Obvious management failure all around. Out of Dr. Pepper as well.
Waited in line for 15 minutes and it didn’t move (should’ve been my first clue). Shortly after that the cashier told the person who was next “we are too backed up so I have to stop taking orders. Don’t stop here unless you have an hour to throw away waiting for “fast food”.
Very disappointed in the staff. Waited more than 30 minutes for my food because they were focused on filling drive thru orders. They were actually skipping the orders of diners.
The employees at this Wendy's were great. We stopped by just before 9pm on a Friday. Princess at the drive thru window was friendly and thorough. We asked for hot water with our food and she gave us big cups of hot water. Yay!!! We had a long drive ahead, so it was much appreciated, as we were going to make tea. The baked potatoes were great, too! Thank you!! ????????????????
"It's a quarter to 7 AM, the restaurant doesn't open till 9 AM. Dave Thomas, Wendy's founder would have a cow, the franchisee would get a couple chances to fix this error, there would be a fine, then Dave would revoke the contract."
Excuse me for knowing truck drivers get up early and roll out early, evidently Pilot knew this when it was looking for a food franchise to put in it's store.
It's darn near lunch at 9am, the manager should be fired. At least put on fryer duty for a couple months.
Stop.And here to grab a bite, my lovely life need to get her something to ease.The food wasn't really to her like I went up there.Figuring I'd have to pay for a whole new situation.The people of front understood, and i'm sure since it was for my lovely wife, they had sympathy to make sure that whatever they gave me was made, right?Just given a shout out to the staff at the store that made sure that my wife meal was perfect!!!
