Ordered Bacon, Egg Croissant with no cheese. Received Sausage, Egg and Cheese on Croissant after 20 minute wait with no one in line. Breakfast fries were half cooked and cold. Ordered coffee got small sweet tea. I've been there several times and the order is never right
Disaster of a store food and service. My order was made wrong 3 times with something missing every single time. Quality of food doesn’t match the Wendy’s franchise. If you ask for a meal they’ll give u the general sandwich size so save your money and get you the bear minimum because that’s all they know how to cook.
Food and service was awful, the sandwich was rock hard and the fries was soggy! Was also missing most of our order. The strawberry lemonade was ice water with a small gob of strawberry flavor. Will not eat here again!! Waste of your money!!!!
A hot mess! The manager (some lady) basically just left with a bunch of teenagers running the store! The only good thing is the fact that they didn't walk out. Looking at the other reviews, I see this place closing right behind Frischs.
Complete garbage went to try the new Krabby patty meal was told there were no fries so they gave me a cold baked potato and awful chili and to top it off the frosty's I got weren't even in ice cream frosty form it was almost like melted whipped cream. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with this location. This location seems lazy.I really don't care how rude this sounds but this Wendy's location is a joke. Will travel to Alexandria from now on.
What else can I say, but it's Wendy's! Great food that really fills your tummy! I usually get a regular size Baconator Sandwich, a large French Fry, a 10-piece Chicken Nugget and a regular size Hi-C to drink. My husband usually gets an Apple Cobb salad, a regular Chicken Sandwich and a large water to drink. It all tastes great! It's really not a good idea to live on fast food only, but it is a nice change every once in a while. ????????????????
Several hours after getting my tea after the ice had melted, upon my horror, my drink was thickly filled with transparent-like floating things.
This is disgusting, tea urns must be cleaned regularly to prevent bacterial culture or mold growth.
I don't usually eat at wendys. One of the reasons being that the burgers are so thin. But my bf had mentioned wanting a baked potato an chili an I thought it sounded really good. We pulled up to the drive thru an was asked what we wanted. First he ordered the baked potatoes. We were told that they were out of them. Both of u very let down asked bout chili. We were told that they only had 1 container left. So we ended up ordering 2 of the $5 biggie bags I believe. I ordered the crispy chicken blt an he order the double stack. Then we were asked if it was ok if they didn't have cheese on them cause they were out of cheese. Then they went on to ask us what we would like to drink. We said Cokes. I bet u can't guess what response we got. Yup that they were out coke. We pulled to the window she gave us the strawberry lemonade we ordered. Then she pulled us up to wait on our food cause we asked for it fresh. I looked at our drinks an realized that they were still yellow. The employee charissa who brought our food out was so sweet. She fixes our drinks with no attitude an was very pleasant. I'm not sure whats going on at this location but thats an awful lot of things to be out of
