It's okay for a Wendy's. I would say when I went, whoever filled up the sweet tea station filled it with unsweetened tea and vice versa. Also an employee (probably former) was yelling at her manager in the back. I can hear everything. Props to the manager for sounding professional though. Still unprofessional to be hearing all of this while I wait for my meal
Went to get a bite early evening. The drive thru was busy, but there was no one in the dining room. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant. The staff was super friendly and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The food was hot and delicious!
Corporate: the staff that is working currently 6/28/24 at 5:30 pm is atrocious. Two male employees were observed smoking marijuana behind the dumpster in their parking lot. There were 6 cars parked on the side waiting on their food. I ordered online, and the person I was with ordered through the drive-through, and we literally had to repeat the order about 5 times, and we were still asked to repeat the order at the window. The staff was out of it; the service and food were unbelievably ridiculous. Oh and don't even ask how long it took before we got our food. My burger was warm but the bread was soggy and saturated with mayo. The experience was so terrible, I almost felt like it was a joke.
I'll start off with the good. The food was absolutely fantastic. The store was clean. Very clean. The service how we was slow. I was the only one in line and it took forever to be greeted. And I put in a mobile order ahead of time
Wendy’s closes at 1 am. i got here at 9:32 and had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to take my order at the drive through window. Someone asked me what i would like to order and disappeared. I had my order wrong when they handed it out and had to wait another 15 minutes just for them to give me my food. TERRIBLE workers and unprofessional.
Waited up front at the counter to order for 10 minutes. It appeared that one person was taking orders and preparing foood for the dining room and the other 5 were handling the drive through. The manager was more concerned with the mishandling and waste of the nugget sauce than anything else going on at the time. It was Saturday at lunch time and there was a line inside and a line of cars outside, but it could have been handled better. After that 10 minutes of waiting I took my son and left to go elsewhere.
In almost every case, they get my order wrong. It’s a little upsetting, though the soggy fries are really addictive
Food was good and the staff friendly. The wait time was long.
