This was my first visit here.
Check your fries because they tried to give them to me cold and not filled up completely.
If I'm paying 5$ for a medium fry then it better be correct.
Second of all. I tried the saucy nuggets for the first time ever and they were completely disgusting. I'm not sure there was anything resembling chicken and it was literally all breading.
McDonald's has way better nuggets.
This was an absolutely abysmal experience here and for 17$ you would think that it'd be better but no one cares about quality anymore.
They just want your money.
Everyone is standing around laughing and having a good time and absolutely no orders are completed 12 people waiting I've been here 30 minutes you'd think it would be alright with eight people working there absolutely the worst
Worse Baconanator I've ever had. Bacon is undercooked. Ridiculous amount of mayo and why only 1 patty????? Just pathetic
I remember how good the spicy chicken sandwich used to be. Thick chicken. I honestly can’t believe I just paid almost $8 for this sandwich with a chicken patty that is so tiny. It was mostly bun.
It also took a really long time to make our order in the drive thru while 3 employees stood around playing with the cups. Long finger nails and chewing gum shouldn’t be allowed in a food establishment.
Saucy Nuggs? You mean nuggets for $5? For 6? Wow. RIP OFF. Old fries and burned pretzel bun because waiting on bacon? Should be ashamed. 20 yrs ago a Wendy's I worked at would blow ya'll away on Service and Food Quality.
Worst decision was to pick here for late dinner! We ordered almost $30 of food and waited over 45 minutes for food. Meanwhile there were numerous other customers in the lobby waiting for food as well! There was a total of 6 workers that kept coming and going and they were completing drive through orders but clearing orders off the screen from one's inside. So disappointed in the service. They didn't drop a chicken in the fryer until 6 minutes before our order was ready after we finally lost patience about what was going on. Two of the cooks looked stoned out of their minds so I'm sure that caused some delay. I called the corporate number to complain the next day and was told someone from the store here would call me to discuss what happened and make it right. Never heard anything back! It's been about 3 weeks now. Will not recommend them!
I’m so thankful. This place is amazing because I was super hungry coming in. The store is so amazing. Wendy’s is just tucked in the corner. But the food was great and Falston done correctly and worth the money. That’s all I ask for.
Purchesed a ghost pepper chicken with lettuce replacing the bun.. this is what I saw when I opened it in my truck… returned to them and the MOD Tommy said that the piece of lettuce that ONLY covers 1/2 of the sandwich is how its served.. ????????????????????????
