I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was friendly enough. However, they forgot the BBQ for the nuggets. Also, they VERY loosely wrapped the chicken wrap. After I picked it up I realized why. There was a large tear in the tortilla. As I ate, the tear just became larger which made it extremely difficult to eat. I had to place a napkin in the gapping hole in order to prevent the juices from running down my hand and elbows. Very difficult to eat on the road. They must have seen the huge hole in the tortilla but obviously did not care to correct the issue.
Cashier was very funny and friendly. Everything was made good and they were not greedy with their sauces ! Absolutely fantastic service . I was on my way back to ohio from Florida . We went through the drive-thru 15 minutes before closing time.
My chicken nuggets were over cooked to the point of being hard. The tables in the dining room were filthy. The chairs were sticky with spilled drinks. There were 4 to 5 people behind the counter and 3 on break sitting in the filthy diningroom. They weren't busy . Only 1 car in the drivethru and my spouce and i were the only customers in the place.I asked for some buffalo sauce they said "that's gonna be $1.00 extra " I said okay that's fine . The container of Buffalo sauce had one teaspoon of sauce in it. It barely covered the bottom of the container.
I understand the monotony of saying and asking the same thing over and over. That being said, whomever is taking the order needs to not be short with the customers. Window person passing out the food was friendly and the food tasted great.
I was the only vehicle in the drive-through and waited over 10 minutes for for crispy chicken sandwiches. That’s absurd, my experiences here have been varied, some have been favorable and some have been similar to this.
The General manager Austin works very hard to make sure that you Are happy.
and you have it the way you'd like when requested fresh even though you may have to wait a moment it comes out just the way you asked for it nice and hot and fresh and the people there are kind such a nice team it's not an easy job but he does it well! Austin is super amazing.! Some people need to take notes on how to be a great general manager from him. If I were the Owner of that Wendy's I would be super blessed to have such an awesome hard-working person as himself. Working for my company. People like that are hard to find!
The cashier who helped us was rude messed up the order after I requested they all be bagged separately then threw my change at me when I ordered a chili worst experience ever especially traveling definitely won't be stopping here again
Slow drive thru, they're only wait on one person at a time. They don't take your order until the person is done at the window. Employee wasn't friendly at all. Acted like I was a burdon to her.
