The staff member taking are drive thru order was very rude. Didn’t give us our drink but closed the window after giving the food and then was rude because we were still sitting there waiting. Will not stop at this Wendy’s again while traveling. Oh and the fries were cold!
The staff was very rude and unprofessional tonight. It took 5 minutes to acknowledge that I was at the counter even though 4 different employees saw me standing there. Then, I saw my order just sitting there waiting to be bagged but continually skipped over. Fine, your busy... but there was only 1 car in the drive thru and no one else in the lobby. It was very clear that I was an inconvenience. I appreciate that the cashier had other stuff to do, but being rude and surly because you had a customer is a bit much. It's Wendy's, so my expectations weren't super high, but this place sucked tonight. Go to DQ across the street. Better food and better service.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. As always, Wendy's burgers were hot and fresh, and so were the fries. Service was quick and friendly. And they have the fancy soda machine where I can get my Orange Vanille Coke! Keep up the good work!
Went through the drive through but stopped for the facilities. Everything was clean. They missed a couple items from our order but were happy to correct. Thank you
Baked potato was good inside but skin was tough. Could not cut thru it even with a steak knife. Small frosty was good but overpriced for the size.
Good place to stop off Rte 70 in O'Ffallon, MO.
The place was immaculate.
The service was quick, efficient and accurate.

Let's talk breakfast... huge fail for me.. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the sausage egg and cheese burrito. The burrito was the size of half of a dollar bill. Not even joking. The biscuit was ok but the gravy was terrible. All they did was take a sausage link, chop it up and throw it in some gravy that tasted like it came from a dry mix. Not impressed. I literally took the stuff that was inside the burrito and put it on top of the biscuits, This is all the egg I got out of the burrito and this is the chopped up sausage link that was in the gravy. Wendy's will need to do better than that, if their breakfast menu is going to last! Nothing like the commercial looks!
The woman who worked the drive thru was phenomenal, friendly, through, and funny.
