Been a few times since it's reopened. It's either all of nothing with this location. If your missing something, they don't want to know. They leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to hear it ring. Very disappointed that they aren't interested in making things right, when they are the ones that forget things in bags. Hopefully iv wasted my money so you don't have to.
Stopped in for breakfast. Food was a little cool, but it had a good taste. I like Wendy's, this one was in Bowling Green Kentucky, which is not my home turf. Just passing thru.
Went through the drive through tonight. The gentleman working the drive through let me know immediately they were short staffed but would help me as soon as he could. I appreciated the warning but he still took our order pretty quick. He was very polite and all of our order was correct and fresh. It’s nice to have good service! Your employees that worked tonight need some recognition and reward in my opinion.
Went to this Wendy’s with a coupon for a free sand-which. The manager said we had to have the coupon pulled up on the mobile app. The mobile app was not working. We tried for 30 minutes trying to get the mobile app to work. Then went and talked to manager again and told him the app was not working. He still would not honor the coupon even though we had it clearly pulled up on the phone. We was polite as possible but it is ridiculous that the manger could not accommodate the coupon. Very poor customer service.
PLEASE I REPEAT BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! THEY DO NOT WEAR ANY HAIR NETS AND I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD ON JAN. 19. IT TOOK THEM UNTIL YESTERDAY TO REACH OUT AND RACHEL THE DISTRICT MANAGER RESPONSE WAS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! YALL SHOULD BE WEARING HAIR NETS OR SHUT DOWN! WHILE EATING THE SANDWICH A NASTY LONG STRINGY HAIR IN MY MOUTH! BOTH MY MOM AND I HAVE BOX BRAIDS! IM DISGUSTED! YALL PROBABLY SERVING FOOD WITHOUT WASHING YALLS HANDS! I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO CORPORATE! RACHEL YOU WASTED MY TIME AND ENERGY EVEN CALLING ME IF YOU WERE GOING TO GIVE THAT RESPONSE!
My daughter took my phone and tried to order a Happy Meal there and instead of asking for a parent or something he decided to cuss at her and I had to take the phone and hang up. To make things worse I called the place again and I asked to speak to the manager and he hung up on me. Not pleased.
Got a medium fry no salt, two double stacks and a 6 piece spicy nugget. Fries not only had salt on them but tasted and looked like they had been sitting in the bin for over half an hour at the very least. Disgusting and inedible. Nuggets tasted like rubber because they were also old. Burgers tasted like they’d sat on the grill forever. Maybe do a better job at food quality. Absolute waste of money and didn’t even answer when i tried to call about my order. Major disappointment per usual (first time I’ve had Wendy’s in a very long time because my experience always sucks in bowling green, never fails)
Horrible customer service and attitude. When I pulled up to order the lady was very rude and talked too fast for me to hear so I said "Sorry I didn't hear that." She responded by raising her voice in a demanding way and saying "Do you want to order?". After I said yes the lady still in a rude and demanding voice said "What do you want?". I promptly pulled out afterwards. If you do eat here, don't do it on Sunday, from my previous visits food was okay.
