It's a hit or miss with this location, especially with the evening to closing crew. If your baconater looks like this, take it back like I did. We can't keep letting fast food employees get over on us because they want to be lazy in the kitchen. No way! Remake my order the correct way. It's that simple.
I went into this location. I’m an African-American man single father. I ordered food for my kids. They made mistakes on the food. The food was cold. Wasn’t fresh at all. Call the location spoke to management to get some type of resolution because it was a $40 order and management team at this location is very biased and disrespectful. I don’t even know how they’re in management. They don’t know how to deal with customers at all. very rude talk about the customer because they don’t know how to mute the phone very childish people at this location..
Went through the drive through last night to pick up a mobile order around 730, they were busy so they took a few extra minutes. The girl at the window Holly was really nice and even gave us 2 free medium frostys for having to wait, she was very polite and helpful. Our food which was 2 biggie bags was correct and hot, although they did forget the ranch but the food was still good without it.
Stopped here for some food. Went inside to use the restroom. Was greeted promptly. Got a daves double combo, subbed the drink for a shake. The food was fresh. When Wendy's is on top of their game, the make great burgers and this location was no exception. The burger was 100% top notch. The patties were hot, the lettuce, tomato and onion were cold as well as the condiments. The cheese was melted nicely and the bun was very fresh and soft. The fries were hot and fresh. The frosty was thick as they always are. The restroom was clean as well as the dining room. I would consider visiting this location again.
STORE #10633…. Wonderful staff, excellent, customer service and very clean especially the restaurant. Mila and Destiny are always so pleasant and helpful. My food is always hot, fresh and delicious… oh and I love the app rewards!! The economy is crazy right now it’s great to receive $4 dollars of food orders!
The manager Jose could care less about customer service. Placed an order and they didn't give the fries to us. So we paid 11$ for a burger. When calling he was not willing to correct it and was quite rude. If these resturants are going to charge 3 times the amount they need make sure the orders are correct. It's not that hard quite being lazy!!!
We frequent this location and have never had a real issue until last week when we dropped in for lunch. We showed the girl behind the counter a QR code to scan from our Wendy's app, but because she wasn't trained enough, she told us that she couldn't honor the coupon. She didn't know how to make it go through. We bought something regardless, but that was pretty upsetting. I mean, establishments legally need to honor their advertised sales/prices.
Like I said, we frequent this location and that won't stop. I just wish people were trained better.
Tried the krabby patty…don’t bother! Just another burger with some kind of terrible sauce. They even forgot my lettuce. The frosty is just one small squirt of pineapple syrup at the bottom of a vanilla frosty, didn’t even taste the pineapple. The whole thing was just horrible
