Ordered drive through around 5:30pm. Meat was old, and dry. I ordered two large fries and one was soggy and the other was crispy. I requested a "lettuce wrapped" burger word for word due to wheat allergies. I was given a no bun burger in a container. Dissatisfied to say the least
I ordered the #6. Since I didn't go large saying I want the price on the wall $9.99. She gave me small. Yet on the wall it clearly states combos include med fries & med drink. What do they rip you off by serving small? I'm not going there anymore. I'm a Retired Military Veteran and they still find a need to cheat us. Extremely disappointed wendy's.
My biggest issue is with the Wendy's App but it's how the local franchise handled the issue that bothered me. I ordered breakfast at 10:20 am for the family. Walked in at 10:35 and was told it was too late to get the breakfast. I was unaware that they don't start the order until you check in at the location. There was nothing warning me to get there before 10:30am. The local Wendy's has no control of this and can not process a refund...you have to do it through the app. I have not received my refund and they do not make it easy to request a refund. My issue with the local Wendy's is they could have acknowledged that I was inconvenienced and offer to make a regular menu substitution or at least apologize. It was simply "We can't make that." ,"We can't do a refund, you have to go through the app."
This is a training issue not the individual employees. They need to let the staff know that even if they can't correct an issue, they should at least apologize and be more helpful in resolution. So I am out $25 and Wendy's is out the hundreds of dollars I spend there a year. All they had to do is say sorry the app wasn't clear in it's instructions and here is the best way to get your refund from the app.
This is the Wendy's that comes to mind when thinking of those fast food videos you watch online. Having personally witnessed food thrown inside and exceptionally long wait times due to what I can only establish as understaffing, it becomes a place I would rather avoid when I am considering food for my family. Not to mention I have had orders not come out as I had hoped, or missing items altogether
great place, had to be out here for work and was hungry on the way home. the restaurant is clean and food was hot and ready in just a few mins. cashier was very friendly.
I stopped by for a late lunch after working and picking up my son I got greeted with “yeah what do you want?” at the drive-through. I ordered a crabby patty meal and the number one I get home. I got two number one doubles and probably the biggest reason why I am beyond pissed off is that I got a drink that tasted like it had vodka in it. I don’t drink I was not asked and I know what a spiked drink taste like and it was that!!! I’m not sure if it was vodka or something was actually put in my drink but either way I’m not OK with that!!!
Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time, after they reduced their menu and the quality went bad.
I stopped in the drive-thru for their chili and it was extremely bland with not much flavor. It used to be very tasty but not anymore. I won't be back.

This is my fav Wendy’s???? Each staff is attentive, friendly, and amazing. You really can’t go wrong with a place that thrives for great customer service. I walked in to pick up my online order. I looked up at the board and didn’t see my name. The back and drive thru were busy. The woman at the opposite end of pick up counter, noticed me right away. Asked my name, and let me know someone would be working on it immediately. When she noticed the other areas were still busy, she made me order in less than two minutes, with a smile. I appreciate each and every staff here. This location is always clean with a peaceful atmosphere!! Thanks Litchfield Wendys, you all ROCK❣️
