Employee was friendly. Service was quick, not fast but quick. The sandwich was perfectly put together, which is omega ultra rare. Overall, I had a good experience for a fast food joint.
They were very busy, as we were there at noonish on the Sunday after Thanksgiving. They could have used a few more employees to speed up the service, but the 3 that were there were working nonstop! And they were polite! And professional! I've honestly never had that kind of service at a fast food restaurant any time, much less one under such a rush. Those 3 need a raise!
Stopped for the tried and true chili, fries, and junior cheeseburger deluxe for quick lunch off Interstate 65. I love adding the hot chili seasoning to my chili. Reasonable prices are nice when on the road.
We come to fast food expecting fast food. Everytime I come here for breakfast end up waiting at least ten minutes after my order has been paid for. Same excuse evertytime, waiting on chicken. Then I get said chicken and it's warm at best. This time there are three cars waiting. I left in a hurry because I came here get it and go quickly as one does I these establishments. The rude girl who didn't even know what she handed me, didnt even give me the chicken I ordered. I used to come to the Smiths Grove wendys often and it was fine for breakfast. Seems now I will come even less.
Stopped here on our way to Mammoth Cave from Nashville.
Restaurant tables were dirty. Bathrooms were clean.
They put cheese on my son’s burger, but corrected it and let us keep the wrong one. Food was quick and fresh. Fries were full.
Decent stop for a quick lunch.
Stopped here on my way home this place was great the lady there Bridget was amazing so professional and helpful loved her energy if only more people were like her in the fast food Industry
I was with a group. Because of their poor, slow service, I was unable to continue to wait. Most of my group was able to order. The orders were incorrect. The gi working the front counter was acting like it was the worst thing to be there. She provides poor customer service. She was throwing food and kids meal toys around, arguing with other employees. If this is your only option, I suggest going to another exit.
Got the double baconator queso fries and a 10 piece chicken nuggets ordered thru the drive thru but ate inside very nice location food was amazing and service was excellent will be dining here in the future
