This newer design store has clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and tasty food! The busyness comes in spurts, so I order ahead via the mobile app. It can be entertaining to watch them make orders and service a busy drive through, tasks not visible at older stores. I visit this location in the evening, and it is just a couple of blocks from Hwy 198.
UPDATED: I originally praised this place for its friendly staff, though the bathroom was nasty. Well now I am rating it 2 stars because I walked into a dystopian future today. Neither of the cash registers were available and a sign posted said to use their kiosk, however, the kiosk also displayed its own message stating the payment system doesn’t work so please use the front counter. This made it nearly impossible to order at all since no one wanted to come up front and take orders. With both POS down I was left to order via the app. Is this the future we live in?
Honestly, My personal experience was really good, the service was great, everyone was very polite and respectful. I got my order quickly! I enjoyed my burger, drink and fries. Now saying that, there’s always room for improvement for example the burger could of been cooked a little more, and the presentation could of been slightly better, but nevertheless it was very tasty and they still deserve 5 stars!! I sure hope things improve a little more because it’s at a great location and with the great service they ALREADY have this could be my next go-to Wendy’s and I would be more than happy to recommend it and to keep coming back!!
The cashier was very polite. The service was crazy fast and the food was excellent and exactly how I wanted it. The problem is that I paid over $13 (after tax) for a very basic combo (Dave's Single Combo). I upgraded the fries to medium also which was less than 50c extra. These prices are crazy when a skinny person like me still leaves as hungry as when I arrived. The prices for a single patty cheese burger are so overpriced I feel bad for the employees who have to charge this. I will NOT be back ever for the price gouging.
We have been staying away from fast food due to price increases. We stopped at Wendy's for quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. The food was actually GOOD !! We went through the drive tru got our food and got it home it was hot fresh and seasoned just right. The girl at the window actually thanked us as we got our order and we drove away. We will return when we decide on another burger on the run !!
I got here before 10:30 and they said we aren’t serving breakfast. It was 9:50, they said they were short on workers! I had to make my own ice coffee because one of the staff member put ice tea instead of coffee like seriously!! The owner needs to step his game up! Food was cold, such a horrible Wendy’s!! Dry, burnt BACON!! Also they told other customers that they weren’t taking orders in the next hour. ????
My wife and I came here on our lunch and placed a mobile order for two biggie bags when we pulled up to the restaurant the price through line has about 13 cars in it and we went inside and there was 30 or more people all waiting on their food. We waited 45 minutes for our food and we never got it because the manager came out and told everyone that they are cancelling all our orders and refunding us. I had only 10 minutes left of lunch and we had to wait another 20 minutes to actually get refunded. I will never be eating here again it was so ridiculous. And the sad thing is these are the people that are getting paid $20 an hour but can't even get our orders out. And then the manager came out and started yelling at the customers. I will never go to this place again and I will be calling corporate today after work and let them know.
Takes a while for food but it's good. Krabby patty meal was good but didn't have enough burger sauce and the frosty didn't have enough pineapple.
