Everything thing was right except the sauce's. Can't eat nuggets with out it. The customer service was great. There was employees at least 4, standing right outside the back door playing and smoking. Management should probably tell them to go away from the restaurant. Other than that it was a smooth visit.
I visited twice for breakfast, while on a short three day vacation trip. First day everything was nice. Second day, the lobby was closed while supposed to be open. A very polite and helpful associate walking in to start her shift said it was because of insufficient staff. Service through the drive through window only, and actually not the best. Food was tasting very good and priced right for this class of restaurant.
The staff was amazing and friendly. That almost made up for the barely adequate food, but not quite.
My first and last visit to Wendy's for breakfast.
Every time I go to this Wendy’s, I wait more than 11 minutes. This afternoon. I waited 13 minutes and I didn’t even get my order. I got someone else’s! There was so much mayonnaise!! I ordered a double With Cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, onions, and ketchup and A medium I was given a single with everything extra pickles. And french fries. The charge was $10.46. I would either like a refund or a free double hamburger with my choice of toppings this is the same reason I stopped going to McDonald’s your employees may not give a rip but your customers do. That’s why it’s called fast food
Was a quick drive through visit to get a drink. All fountain drinks were $1 so it's very economical and getting a large is obviously the best choice. Drive thru employees were friendly.
Don't bother ordering from this Wendy's they never give you what you order, but will charge you for it. You have to wait 15+ minutes just to get to the speaker at the drive thru and then it's another 10+ minutes to even to to the window for your food.
They left out my 2 orders of Nuggets and had to drive back. They apologized but it is not difficult to read a screen before you hand the order to the person.
I walked right in ! I had very little wait ! Everything was delicious ???????? !! The chocolate frosty and two chocolate ???? chip cookies , were the perfect sweet ending , to my lunch : a pretzel ???? baconator with lettuce ???? , tomato ???? , and onion ????, with n mayonnaise or ketchup , and mustard and , with a medium fry and drink !
