The store was filthy, the staff was not friendly. Not attentive. Could care less a customer was standing at the counter waiting for an order to be taken, to just stand around and gossip and not work. Asked for someone to take my order the shift lead rolled her eyes at me as did brianna and the gentlemen getting off work. I simply asked for a chili with cheese, they claimed they had no shredded cheese but had cheese for their salads. Then I asked for a jr bacon cheeseburger add ketchup mustard and pickle. As usual it was made with just that and not the other ingredients that come with it. So I checked it before leaving the counter. Was wrong. I told them, received an attitude about it. Was made right the second time, as I checked it before I sat down. As I took a bite clear as day the inside of the burger patty was raw. Like they did it intentionally threw it on the grill just enough to brown it on the outside and serve it. Took it back and got attitude again. Received the third burger was cooked but not made correctly and instead of arguing and risking more issues with this staff and I was on time issue of needing to be some where I just ate it and left. But these five employees with manager don’t deserve to be in a place to provide customer service. If all they cared about was double dropping the nuggets down after the timer already went down and to just stand around and talk. The poor older gentlemen on the sandwich line looked like he was doing most of the work while they did nothing.
Came to get the new krabby patty burger and it was raw! The service was horrible. I waited around 25 minutes in the drive through for two krabby patty meals. The workers where laughing and playing music through a speaker and messing around. I normally don't complain about wait time because I have experience with fast food but they took 20 minutes and still gave me a raw burger! In the pictures one is noticeably pinker and the other is cooked. I will be contacting corporate. Ate half the damn burger without noticing. Will be suing if I get sick.
Ordered thru drive thru 2 cobb salads and large iced teas. Got home and there is no chicken on the Cobb salad. Irritating to have simple expectations and not get what I ordered. Too far to go back to get the chicken. Make sure your orders as completed correctly!
Literally ordered an easy double stack and did not receive what I wanted. Only thing that was right was the coke. 15 dollars down drain and they could even answer the phone to get refund . Never going again.
DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!! I was served RAW chicken and when I called to let them know the manager asked me "How raw is it? Can you describe it for me?" And then when I said "IT'S RAW" she asked if I wanted to come back and have them remake it. I said "NO! I want a refund and I want you to make sure you're not serving people RAW CHICKEN! YOU COULD KILL SOMEONE!" She complained that I was yelling and then hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE. It's no surprise that she was the manager since her staff was also incredibly rude and had absolutely zero customer service. Did not say "thank you" just threw food at us and continue taking an order over the loudspeaker. I have had multiple experiences like this at this particular Wendy's. Do not go here they should close. I am filing a complaint with corporate but I need to warn the public they do not care about food safety or about customer experience. Don't go here!
Save your money.. the employees here don’t care about your food. Second time that half my order is missing and the part that I did get is completely burned.
Got the sponge bob meal ad said it came with a box it did not frosty was not mixed as you can see and was cold by the time I picked it up and they gave me the end of the lettuce ????
We started off on the right foot. The drive-through employee taking our order appeared to genuinely care that he got everything correct. After that, it was all downhill. The cook and the person bagging up my family's dinner must've missed the "quality is our recipe" day of training, bc all of the food we received was cold and incorrect. We didn't place a difficult order, and we were the lone customer in the drive-through (hmm, wonder why). Bottom line, the employees just don't care.
Honestly, I blame myself. We visited this location several months ago and were served the same, "I don't care" cold dinner, but with a hot side of attitude (interesting, they can serve things hot).
Maybe breakfast or lunch is better? Perhaps dining in is the way to go? Whatever the case may be, I'm not going to bother to find out. I HIGHLY recommend that you spare yourself the frustration of dealing with these clowns.
